We liked this hotel and would stay here again. We had a ground floor room (a few steps up to the front door if you have a mobility challenge), the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, there were amenities with the room (shampoo, coffee, refrig.), a nice sitting area, large room and pleasant front desk staff who helped with dinner recommendations and locations of flower blooms. There is plenty of parking in the area if the lot is full. There is a school across the street, so expect some morning traffic. We did not find the hotel noisy. Great quality hotel! And a nice walk to downtown to enjoy the drilling installations there, fun info!

Holland Inn & Suites is an older property, but it's good for the price. Overall, it's clean and serviceable. However, being older, it looks like the two chairs in my room were originals from opening day; one was broken and both were in need of cleaning. The beds, on the other hand, looked clean and were comfortable. The room itself was larger than expected and had a small desk as well as mini-fridge and microwave (I didn't use that as I ate all meals out). Nice staff and they try to offer little things like snacks/fruit/coffee to grab in the morning. WiFi was decent enough to get my work done. I always appreciate the off-street parking provided.

The two chairs in the room that needed cleaning with one being broken. Access to Holland is only via steps which is a slight struggle if you've got huge, heavy bags/cases in which case be sure to ask for a room on the ground floor as there's no elevator.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice our rooms here were. We each had a kitchenette in the room, with fridge, microwave and sink, and the rooms had more "architectural character" than some hotels, which I liked. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. My sister said their room had a security light outside that shown into their room at night, but my room didn't have that issue (plus I wear a sleep eye mask). Staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

I arrived at the Hotel and at the same time received an urgent telephone call from my daughter about a medical emergency back home. I had to go home and the staff at the Hotel were very understanding and said they would handle cancelling my reservation. The Hostess was very kind to me in my time of need. Next time I'm in Taft I will stay here. Thank you.

Outside and inside of the hotel is clean, and well-maintained facilities. The bedding is also very comfortable. Great Location. overall satisfaction with stay, had a wonderful experience, felt welcomed, and would highly recommend the hotel to others.

We stayed here on our way down to Marina Del Rey because of the tremendous difference in price. Well worth the detour!!! The room was spacious and comfortable, more of a suite than a room. It had a fridge and microwave, hair dryer and coffee maker. Lovely clean bathroom, Large screen TV with lots of channels. A real pleasure to stay here. Would do it again if I had to drive down to L.A.

nothing wrong with this place!

I liked everything about Holland Inn and Suites. The room was large, comfortable & clean. Coffee maker in the room and at a coffee bar near the office at 6:00 am. Manager was very nice and happily accommodated our questions and requests. He even followed us out in the cold at 6:00 the morning we checked out to ask about our stay and make sure they had taken good care of us! All I can say is this is the best stay I've ever had at a motel, even considerably more expensive ones. You won't regret choosing this motel. I give it my absolute top rating/recommendation!

Only thing we didn't like was that we were only staying one night! We would have happily stayed longer if our plans had allowed us to.

The room was very clean!

Little outdated with the bed comforters and tables but still really clean and well kept. Parking was a challenge. The parking lot was very small ans you had to maneuver several times to exit the stall and avoid hitting another car.

The location was very good. The owner was very accommodating and personable. We were very glad we found such a clean, comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Rooms were big and bright and beds comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean.
