The hotel was beautiful, very spacious, super clean the ground floor bathroom has a "outdoor shower" it's brilliant. The breakfast was brought to the villa each day and the table set ready for you good extensive menu too. We had a wonderfully time here and would recommend to any one.

Only 1 small thing was the second bedroom on the upper floor was only able to be accessed from an external staircase, we have kids old enough that this was acceptable but this wouldn't be suitable for younger children.

Very easy to get Grab and Gojeks to restaurants

Kitchen facilities/bathroom showing age but were totally fine Gladwrap/unnecessary plastic use on dishes and meals, would be good to see them going more eco friendly. Also toiletries in plastic, would be good if in a more eco friendly package. No conditioner. Not many good options for food within walking distance, I had breakfast one day at Colombo Cafe [walkable] and was good.

The property was lovely and private, we had everything we needed. Good size fridge and kitchen, although cupboard and drawers could do with a little attention. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Bedroom was lovely and a very comfortable bed.

We probably should have looked better into the location, was in a very busy road with no footpath and as walking is our main transportation we did not feel safe doing so. Is quite a way out from any shops or restaurants, would prefer to be more within easy walking distance if hustle and bustle but in saying that, that is my poor investigating not the properties fault.

Absolutely spectacular villa. Beautiful gardens. Fabulous large outdoor area and pool with lovely lighting and all the mod cons. Fridge, kitchen and outdoor speaker. Lovely welcome drink. Felt like very high end accomodation and great value for money. Would recommend highly.

The villa is hidden from the streets and very quite. You can easily travel from the villa to nice places in the neighbourhood. The reception can help you with renting motorbikes. The guys at the reception are very friendly. The pool is nice a large enough for 4 people. We would definitly go there again. Recommended

There nothing that we did not like. Maybe 1 thing: there was a bluetooth speaker but that was wasnt working. We didnt mind.

Pool and outdoor area was lovely. Villa was quite simple but had everything you would need for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Staff were fantastic - so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

A little isolated from restaurants, bars and shops.

Really nice, comfortable, roomy villa with a half-outdoor living area and nice pool. Walled in, very private. Rivals some of the much more expensive villas we have stayed at on the island in size, visual appeal and comfort. Equipped with most things you'd need, and can ask for more. Was excellent value for momey if you don't mind the few downsides I mention here.

Not super on cleanliness. Good for Bali and not something I mind as a European male, but my Japanese wife was not thrilled by some of the things around the bathroom and the outdoor kitchen, which is admittedly barebones and not very well maintained. Had a few bugs, but that's totally to be expected in this area and this kind of property, nothing bad. Breakfast is meh and not great value for money. Location is OK if you have a car to drive you around (which you should), but there's nothing in safe walking distance as the road in front has no sidewalks and is dangerous to walk on. Staff was responsive on WhatsApp and cleaning was appropriate, but otherwise not super impressed there, can't say they went above and beyond (again not something I really expected anyway personally)

The original Jukung Villa had smell in toilet from guests use inside garden for pee, not use toilet. So i mentioned and they upgraded me a bigger unit. Just locked the second and third bedroom. I have stayed her many times Always clean and great location

Food delivery was quick and organised by reception. Tasty and inexpensive for hotel living. Convenience stores were also very close and about a 5-minute walk away from the Mutiara.

We did some cooking and a few more cooking utensils would have been handy.

Location was a bit far from everything, but the hotel helps get a taxi whenever we are going out, so it's actually ok. But if you plan on walking to the beach you can forget about it. there's a convenient store in 5 min walking distance that's all. But if you are looking for a quite private stay this is perfect. get your food and drinks to enjoy at the pool. there's also a small kitchen and fridge you can prep for yourself.

Don't count on the restaurant... they close earlier than the online menu says. Can totally improve the ordering system so the order doesn't get messed up. Ordering from phone calls doesn't work.
