Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. We called them at 1am and asked them to pick us up from the airport (because our booking was very last minute), and they were there within 15mins with smiles! When we had a complication, they were super fair, reasonable and polite in trying to resolve it. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a complaint, just a note for future travellers: if you arrive in the early hours of the morning, you will be charged for 2 nights, not just 1. Contact the hotel prior to staying here just to confirm how much your stay will cost if you have an late night / early morning flight arrival.

The place was exactly what I needed and the staffs were so nice and helpful. Einstein made sure I was picked up at the airport and helped me to settle in my room. I needed the pick up service and the place is only 15 minutes away from the airport by car. Andrew drove back and forth from the airport to hotel and explained how the breakfast works for me. Rooms were clean with hot water for shower. My room had a multioutlet and a fan, which was a bonus because other hotels with simular price had neither. Breakfast was provided with toast, boiled egg, fruits and hot tea/coffee. The place is at a quite residential area not far from the beach. The hotel has a neatly managed front yard that helps to feel opened. Also, it has a spacious parking lot and many many rooms. It also has a van, which means if any team is looking for a night to stay and needs a pick up service with decent price, Skyway Hotel will do. Overall I am very satisfied and willing to stay again .

The place looks older than the furniture and the accommodation it provides and I think it is due to the painted floor. Changing the floor of the rooms to a tile floor will be a huge improvement.

Friendly staff, which picked me 1st time from airport to hotel and 2nd - from hotel back to airport. For staying overnight the location is incredible as it's very close to airport. As I checked out early, very simple breakfast was given to me. Good value for the price, especially with transfers!

Facilities are quite outdated, no lamp near bed. But again, it's very good budget option to stay close to airport.

Peaceful, clean, big and long bed, clean bathroom, towel is provided for, good WiFi, green garden, available over WhatsApp, free breakfast and airport shuttle

If there is something going on in the house it can get a bit noisy. The walls seem to be not isolated properly. But I still felt welcome and it was quiet at night.

What stood out to me was how extremely kind and helpful the staff was here. I had some issues with my flight and with location being so close to airport it was very convenient for me to go back and forth. Every member of the staff has gone above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. It was very much appreciated.

The guava outside the property tastes nice. The property is in a quiet location, free from distractions. The breakfast was great The staff was kind and welcoming

The TV wasn't showing. The food took too long to be served. This is because it is prepared only after an order is placed. It may not be a disadvantage for you for it was for me.

Amazing staff, respectful, friendly, always willing to help and running an extra mile to assist you. The payment did not go through on booking.com but they spared with me for a day until I managed to pay for the room. They even left me stay in the room for free the last day until my return back. They picked me from the airport and took me back, put one of his own cars as a taxi for me when I wanted to go out. Food at the hotel was delicious. The environment beautiful. I felt welcome, safe and secure all the time in the area. The price was ridiculous for the service I received. Wonderful, unforgettable experience.

Some of the services need to be upgrade. The roads leading to the hotel need to be improved. The payment method to be update.

The building may be old, but the rooms are clean, the staff are polite, and the service is very friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful, ideal for relaxation, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and shops. The service is warm and welcoming.

The staff and the owner are all very friendly and competent people. I felt comfortable with them and was able to have interesting conversations. The room was clean. The food was freshly prepared, the freshly squeezed juice was especially good. It’s good value for money. I recommend the hotel to others and if I am in Entebbe again, I will come back here.

They are located about 10- 12 minutes from the airport so it was an ideal location for me to stay on arrival and on the night before departure. They also offer free airport transfer and the bonus is breakfast is included in the fee
