we got a room at last floor, and the view was amazing. room was clean and spacious. i booked for one night, but I would also choose it for longer thanks to kitchenette options. bathroom was spacious. hotel is next to a comercial complex, so you have a couple of options to eat; parking is closed and secured - few places for how big the hotel is, but we let them know in advance that we need parking and we got a spot.

none of the 2 persons from reception spoke English (barely got 2-3 words in English); i would be nice to have some amenities (like shower gel or shampoo - we only had a small piece of soap)

The location was perfect for the ice rink during the competition. Perfect location for accessing the shopping centre with food outlets and a large Carrefour supermarket. Also excellent access to connection onto the tram into the the City Centre (Line A) and the rail/bus station to the airport. Tram is very good value at 2 euros per journey. There was no hairdryer in the room, but within 5 minutes someone came to install one in the bathroom.

Not enough toilet paper! Only 1 roll provided for our 5 night stay, and the security person at the front desk did not have access out of hours (after 8 am to 8 pm) to provide any more.

The whole place is amazing, the views from the room were just breathtaking. The staff was so helpful, the tram and bus stop are nearby. Grand place(mall) is literally next to it which has everything available.

The only thing which I think can be improved is that the toiletries are very little in quantity and are also using plastic non reusable packaging. In my opinion if there are refillable permanent bottles fixed in the wall or so it would be much better as it would be sufficient for the whole stay.

Coziness and cleanliness of the hotel / room - nicely decorated and has all the amenities to cook in the room. Very good and fast WiFi connection. Enjoyed the great view of Chamrousse mountain right from the room. The outdoor area - there is a huge garden with planters, a bocce ball playground, open-air gym, picnic / bistro tables with chairs, and the cooking class area for the guests to enjoy. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a secure parking area available for 7 Euros per day. Like their concept of service and amenities of this hotel.

What I liked about the property is the home-like feeling. I felt ag home during my entire stay. The coworking spaces are very nice and cozy. The interior designs of the coworking spaces and your room are superb. I never had major problems. The location is very accessible to public transportation like buses and trams. It is also very near the mall and Carrefour. They also have vending machines inside the hotel which serve food and other essentials. I highly recommend this place if you get to visit Grenoble.

The apartment was well laid out with good kitchen facilities. The bed was comfortable and we had a lovely view! The secure parking was very convenient and the shopping centre across the street meant we could grab something to eat quickly.

The overall cleanliness of the room itself left some room for improvement (eg hair in the bathroom, finger/grease marks on the table).

Great Space in room (family room for 6), everything was clean and staf ver helpful. We had a car with a roof box, which meant that the car would not enter into the indoor parking. The sraff quickly found a solution. There is a tram stop 100m from hotel that takes you straight into city center. Strongly recommmend with families for a quickly stop over in Grenoble.

To be able to cook or reheat food in the basic kitchen. This not only allowed me to save some money but to do groceries and experience the culture.

Before arriving at the property , I received an email stating that if I am smart I will register online before arriving at the property since I will be saving time. I found this statement condescending. I prefer talking to staff when I arrive at a hotel. There wasn't enough contact with the staff. Instead there is a security guard at the front. Also, I recomend that the kitchen fan be cleaned perhaps, monthly since the alarm went off 3 times when we were there. We wipped the fan with a tissue and it was extremely greasy.

We were a group of 13, meeting up for christmas, the staff was fantastic and we made the most of all the facilities. Big shout out to Alejandro. He went above and beyond to help us and was happy to join the party too 🥳. Great location, having the tram stop and a supermarket just a few steps away. We'd happily recommend it!

Throughout the year 2023, I was several times at COWOOL (sometimes only for a week, sometimes up to 2 months). Each time, my stay was exceptionell! The Cowool staff is amazing, the rooms clean, the wifi fast, the whole atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming. I can only recommend Cowool to anyone who wants to stay in Grenoble.

It is a bit far from the city center (~15min by tram)
