Overall was great, we requested to checkin earlier because we got jetlagged from flight and were v tired and the staff nicely allowed us to 😁 Room was as expected 🤝

- The place isnt soundproof well but understandable with the offered price 🙏🏻 we sometimes got terkejut when tiba tiba ada orang gelak from another room 😂😭 but we dont really mind abt that. - The toilet was clean except for the sink area, cus dalam lubang sinki tu macam ada something idk sampah or apa but we tak bersihkan cus takut & geli 😭 Tapi overall bersiihhh jeeee. Sinki jelah macam minus sikit.

Very glad to have stayed here even for a quick night. Very fiendly and helpfull staff. Everything you expect from an hotel with such an excellent Q/P. Will definitely come back if I habe opportunity ! 10-15 to reach the Airport ! Take care guys and thank you again !

Great location to the place I was working. We got a room close to the elevator. It was clean. The bathroom was actually bigger than expected. Thankfully I was able to checkout early at 6.30 a.m. (but must inform the staff the day/night before).

The water dispenser on our floor wasn't working, so we had to go to another floor to refill water. There was no window in my room.

very noisy traffic which can hear from our room no 206 Deluxe King Room; air cond not cold, probably need to do some maintenance

This hotel is unexpectedly good despite the very cheap price. - strategic location just beside the road, opposite of IoI Mall and near AEON. - The road connected to the hotel is good, easy to go JB/Kota Tinggi & etc - Room is surprisingly clean, with clean sheets, clean & big toilet, and quite large for a standard room - Facilities & equipment are new - Around 6plug points in my room, 2 besides the bed, 3 in front of the bed under the TV & 1 near the toilet (like you can charge your devices anywhere) - Requested an iron at the counter, they’ll give it to you & you can just leave it in the room after usage (no need to return back to the counter) - There are 2 minerals, coffee & jug prepared in the room for you - Parking is easy in front of the hotel - Friendly and attentive staffs at the counter

- Though the room was very clean, still I think the hotel needs to do the pest control. I had killed 2 roaches in the room on my first day (which is kind of a turn-off since I really dislike roaches) - There is a cuckoo machine prepared at my level but it's not working so you can't make any coffee since there is no water heater in the room

Need to pickup iron at counter. Supposedly iron must put at least 2 on each level between room or put at the corner of building. This can avoid from guest that keep the iron inside their room from night until they check out.

No toothbrush & toothpaste provided. Location near to main road so a bit noisy during mid-night, but still ok for me.
