Very friendly and polite staff. They all try and help you immediately to make your stay pleasant and most important: They respect your privacy in this hotel! Quiet rooms, very very clean! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious bathroom.Rich breakfast and a big selection of coffee to choose from 3 different coffee machines.Even different types of cups to choose from! You could keep access to the patio 24/7 for us smokers 😉 because yes, we are the bad guys and need it 😁 We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back! (Next time with our dog, because this is a pet-friendly hotel!)

Only unpleasant point is unclear communication of the offers. It is written on posters that if you use the restaurant you get a drink for free for each main course, but on the bill we paid everything. Is it not compatible with the discount of Radisson membership? Who knows? Not even themselves I guess. Same with parking. In the room there is a brochure of the hotel explicitly telling that parking place if for free if you eat at the restaurant. I have been told it is for external people, not customers of the hotel. Therefore why is it in the room? And why not to explained clearly. That’s annoying and the reason I did not give a 10.

This was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had on a holiday. There was an excellent selection of foods available and all was of the highest quality. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. It’s great having a reception desk manned at all times and were helpful as regards ordering taxis etc.

The rooms could be upgraded a little. The carpets are quite dated for a five star hotel. The dining choices were limited as the restaurant was closed while we were there. The quality of the meal in the bar could have been improved.

Location is great, rooms are spacious and nice. There is a very nice bar and a restaurant, staff is super helpful. Breakfast really nice, don’t forget to order something from the card if you feel like having something extra.

It was cold in the room despite setting the room temperature almost at a maximum. Also, we had a room with the windows towards the courtyard and on a lower floor, which influences the view and the light in the room. The courtyard is not small, but I think some may consider having a room with a better view.

Good location, easy walk to main areas of interest, clean hotel, restaurant good quality food and service. Friendly staff and facilities very good. Breakfast had enough to satisfy most people

Hot buffet not so good, quality ok but as always food only luke warm, in future I will order an omelette which is an option and at least that will be fresh and hot, cold buffet really good and plenty of choice hot and cold, I just would prefer hotter food but that is the disadvantage of the buffet style.

Apart from the hotel being immaculate and very modern, the location is perfect. It's a short walk to the main square, but it's so close to the river where you can stroll for miles. It's very chilled out and relaxed. I'd also like to express a huge thank you to all of the staff, from the bar to the reception they couldn't have been more friendly and attentive, their a credit to the hotel.

Absolutely nothing. Hopefully, I'll have the pleasure of returning to wroclaw one day, and radisson is the only place I'll stay.

considering that it is a Radisson Blu, we were expecting more attention to some.details. for example, the battery of the safe at our room had run off. there were no extra pillows a d blankets at the room (which of course was quickly provided after calling the room service), I found the mattress a little uncomfortable (but it could be my age, so don't wanna judge them on that).

On check in staff just gave us our door key. Didn't say what number how to get to it etc. I had to ask about bar/restaurant and how to get to old town. No map no explanation about what's around. I expected a lot more. Hotel in krakow gave us maps booked trips for us I thought it would be the same standard. On check out however she looked at tram times and wrote down routes for the last day. Think some staff need better training

Actually a pretty standard above average business hotel, a little outdated - being picky - in colours and design, but everything is great. Great shower, great bed, super quiet room, daylight blocking curtains, and most of all super enthusiast genuine friendly helpful staff. All of them :) Not only the receptionists, but as well the staff in the restaurant. It really made my stay more positive than it already was. Hence my high score. Quality of food - dinner + next day's breakfast - was very good. Lots to chose from.

Car parking is designed in a time when cars were 1,9m wide or less.... Not easy to park a wider car and still have space to get out.

We enjoyed our stay during the Christmas there. The location was close to many points of interest while also being in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was spacious and the extra large bed was super comfy. They pay attention to small details that make your stay enjoyable, such as the watercooler, huge TV with chromecast, conditioner in the bathtub etc. We are glad we chose it and will visit again in future.
