This property is in a great location, away from town but not too far away, it has access to the main highway that connects to everything else. This property also has its own pharmacy and clinic, which is a plus in my book, esp for us traveling.. we might need to get otc medicine in case you get sick or may have forgotten medicine at home.

The only concern I had with this property was lack of parking space. I had to back up on the road or back up into the parking lot which can be hard at times, esp during clinic open hours.

Great family room big and spacious. We had four in this room so we got a bed each. Very clean and we were really looked after by the staff especially Faith, she was awesome. Anything we needed she always helped us. Also location great, near all great restaurants and also not far from city

The only thing was the stairs no elevator. But it was ok didn't mind it, just when carrying bags up and down. Faith was awesome offering to help us take our bags.

From the time we arrived and departed; everyone was so friendly. The reception staff were so professional; friendly and warm welcome. I loved that all six of us could stay in the say room together! Staff were so helpful and set up x3double & x1 single bed for us! I also had no clean clothes upon arrival and Faith so kindly washed dry and folded my clothing right away. She was so extremely accommodating during our stay, even coming away from a birthday event to give me more amenities. She’s a gem!

The mould in the grout around the shower door but it’s an easy fix with some ‘Mould off’ products

The breakfast was nice and simple. Enough options for us all, and very satisfying to see that it was traditional and westernised selections.

I wasn't too much of a fan with the juice options. One of the orange coloured drinks was overly sweet, I was hoping for it to be orange juice but I guess it was a flavoured cordial.

The family room, the pool and the complimentary breakfast and how close it was to family and Apia city. The staff were very nice and patient at checkin. Despite it being half a medical centre and a hotel it was wonderful. I would definitely come back again! Since being in Samoa since the 09th have had issues with all of our accomodations. In the hopes of Alec's Hotel being our last accommodation before we departed, it was nice to finally feel that my expectations were met. Also thank you to Camilo for helping me get a bigger room for my family as I had originally booked a 3 bed room and for allowing me to take my kids early this morning to have a quick swim before leaving.

The outside stairs that leads you to the rooms and pool area. Very wobbly walking up with my kids. Need to fix the steps and possibly thinner hand rails. My 1 year old son could fit right through the space. I wouldn't suggest this as an access point for any child.

The room was clean and tidy with great air conditioning. The bed was great, firm. Did like the fact that it was part of a community health and medical centre on the ground floor serving the local area.

Unfortunately, the shower was dribbly, no pressure. Apart from that, great.

Friendly staff and security guard, took my bags to my room upstairs and then to get someting to eat quite late at night after a long day of travel delays :) Thank you

Im not sure this is a good or bad thing but the air-conditioning was way too good and i did not have a remote to adjust it in the room. I did have two beds in my rooms so i just to the bedding from the extra bed when i was cold in the night.

Had doctor on site and was close to families

No smoking area and the pool needs to be cleaned . The kids did not swim the water was not clean according to the kids

Staff were friendly and helpful and always went above and beyond. Except for random animals in community, facility itself was quiet and calm and relaxing. Loved the place. Will definitely be back
