We really enjoyed our stay here. Front desk was amazing and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The lady in charge of breakfast during our stay always made sure everything was clean and restocked. Shared a parking lot with popstroke & baumhowers so that was nice as we walked to both of those places. Easy to get to the hotel and close to other restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great--- from the cheerful, considerate and competent behavior of the Front Desk Staff, to the customer focused attitude and personality of the Breakfast Area Staff and the menu options provided, to the location and cleanliness of the property. It was clearly a wonderful and enjoyable stay for us, and Danielle at the Front Desk must be commended.

There was nothing for us not to like.

The breakfast was very good. Great location for our events. bed & room was nice, comfortable & lots of room. I liked the layout of the room as well. Checking in on my phone & picking our room & check out was a nice smooth transaction.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The location being near to campus was my primary selection criterion. The exceptionally clean facilities and room, hot complimentary breakfast and friendly staff were all happy bonus results. There was new construction outside the room so the “view” wasn’t spectacular. However, I didn’t book the room for the view.

This overnight stay couldn’t have been better.

If I had to be picky the beds could be a touch softer but that just a personal thing. I understand everyone is different.

Overall, the stay was good, clean, and convenient.

We notified the facility beforehand that we were traveling with a pet. At no time, either upon initial notification or at time of check in, were we advised that there was a $75.00 pet deposit. It should be disclosed prior to seeing it on the credit card statement.

Location is great to UA, and awesome breakfast nice folks!

No EV chargers, but does not keep me away-this place is great! Just hoping the EV chargers will come soon.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and no noise at all during our stay. Location was ideal and close to most everything in town. I would definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel.

It was too far away from the University of Alabama campus. It was advertised that it was right next to campus.

The staff was so friendly. they let us check in way early which was a blessing because of our long travel day. the breakfast was awesome, fresh and delicious!
