It was great that they had a pool (should be advertised more because it's a major selling point). I didnt know until we arrived. Housekeeping took good care of us and It was a quiet and clean place. I was also grateful for the gated under-ground parking since the surrounding area is sketchy.

Breakfast was the only complaint. I was under the impression that we were to have more options but instead we were greeted by an unfriendly staff member each morning who offered us a single waffle, that he insisted could only be made by him. This could have been better. =-(

Very good hotel, I recommend it to everyone. Safe and neat. The room is cleaned daily. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfasts are very tasty, there were no negative moments. I am happy with everything and the location is very good. There are food and shops nearby. Very good and safe parking

Warning for future guests, do not keep the key near the phone, sometimes there are troubles with opening door. Even in this case, the staff will always help you.

The free parking and check-in at 2 pm were convenient. The room was clean. The location was great for the Hollywood area. Everything was within a few minutes. Multiple restaurants and a Ross in the shopping center next door.

THE BREAKFAST AREA DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE THEY CHOSE TO SHOWCASE! After I saw that, we didn't even bother getting breakfast from there in the morning. We were with our children, and breakfast was one of the main reasons why we booked this place, so it was very disappointing to see that was a complete lie.

Everything was great. The location of the property is excellent—Hollywood is just a 5-minute walk away. Most importantly, the free parking is an amazing advantage. The rooms were very comfortable and sufficient. Arvind, who made the waffles, is a wonderful person and turned our breakfasts into a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were very friendly. Thank you very much for everything!

Location was perfect and the included parking was very useful. Very kind staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was very good, despite the variety not being the usual. I would recommend 100% Quality Inn for anyone looking for good location without spending a lot of money.

My son stayed there . These were his views .The location was fantastic Very close to Metro , quiet and safe . Plenty of restaurants . The breakfast was not great . I was aware that this was not four or five stars but the management could have included a few more basic choices for breakfast .

Good location, clean and large pool. Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave was in working order. bathroom was clean. good shower pressure. lighting was good.

the room's air conditioner was struggling in the heat and was sometimes not able to cool the room down. shower was over a bath and it was hard to keep the water off the floor

I was a bit skeptical about booking here online but was relieved when i saw the building. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Theres an underground gated parking lot which made me feel safe and secure. They have a beautiful maintained pool. The room was very roomy and clean. The bed was so comfortable . I read bad reviews about the breakfast but honestly i didnt mind it was a TO Go bag with frozen items. They were name brand items such as Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, Belvita breakfast bars, a frozen strawberry waffle and a bottle of water. I had a room in the back which was super quiet at night and i slept like a baby. I would definitely be back in a future.

Quiet, they got a fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, goo quality tv,complimentary breakfast. Hospitable staff. They even gave us the room key earlier than check in time without extra charges!

The shower's pressure is too much and the glass door is positioned awkwardly causing a water leak to the floor.

I needed a room a little bit cheaper than where the party was. That price point wasn't in my budget this time. I believe I stayed here years ago, the Quality Inn/Best Western are the accommodations my Family have used when I was growing up. Have used Clarion and few others from the chain over the years. This one was cleaner close to my activities and provided what was needed for the stay.
