The room was very comfortable and inviting.

I’m a local and had to explain the “reason” for my stay at check-in (basically beg to stay there.) I guess because I’ve never tried to stay at a hotel in Asheville I was unaware that it was prohibited as a local? I got turned away from 5 consecutive check-ins after booking through cheaper third-party booking providers.

We did not have breakfast, it was not included in our prepayed reservation. The only disappointment of any sort. But, we loved the location, we could walk to many places and had a great time in that part of the area.

Not a deal breaker at all, but I read about the complimentary breakfast on TripAdvisor, but did not apply to us, even with prepaid reservations with no cancellation. The immediate area was not very aesthetic, but these things weren't a priority. We had safe, super clean, quiet, affordable lodging

The interior of the hotel itself is very sheek and modern. The TV worked easily, as did the air conditioning (which is generally an issue in most hotels) and the bathroom and beds were clean to perfection.

The parking isn’t for the faint at heart. There are signs posted that your vehicle will be towed if you don’t have a parking pass, yet, they don’t give parking passes. I was mid-shower and didn’t have enough shampoo and conditioner for my hair. The front desk quickly brought some up (faster than anyone has ever brought me something at a hotel before), but had I not been with family, I’d have had to get out of the shower, get dressed, and get it from her.

Well designed hotel with excellent amenities. Spacious and comfortable rooms with beautiful modern design. We enjoyed the Bistro cafe and appreciated the indoor pool for a swim at the end of the day. We also found the staff to be welcoming and very efficient. Two of the front desk staff helped us with an issue we had with our room and made it possible for us to move to another room, which we greatly appreciated.

The hotel is located on a secondary road that connects Biltmore Village to west Asheville. The road carries a significant amount of traffic, so you need to take care if you set out to walk to the shops and restaurants in the Village. But this was a minor issue and we quickly learned to stay on the sidewalks and cross at the intersections in order to stay safe.

Location good to Biltmore but not a lot around it. Not close to downtown. Everything around it was impacted by flooding. Still recovering. It was very quiet. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed

Wish there were places to eat close by. Need a little heavier blanket/comforter. It felt like just a sheet.

Left before breakfast began but had dinner night before at the bistro. Room was very nice. Bathroom needs exhaust fan and taller toilet and grab bar to get up from toilet. Pillows too soft and no extra pillow and blanket. All lights didn't work or I failed to understand switches. All outlets did not accept my plugins.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was impressive spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. Excellent Bistro/ Starbucks’s staff and service. Nice fitness center and indoor pool. Great location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

Centrally located easy to get it out of especially when you use Uber

The only negative to say is that the hallways were extra extra warm, and the air-conditioning in my room didn’t seem to reduce the temperature. My room was always at around 74° or so.

The facilities were exceptionally clean and my room was so comfortable. It truly was perfect after a long day of traveling. The location was close to the attractions I planned on seeing. The lobby also smells divine!

The food at the restaurant was not good. I ordered a BLT and I’m not sure how you can go wrong with that, but it was not good at all. But if that’s the only negative piece of feeeback I have, I’d say this was an exceptional stay. I would stay here again 100%.

I really appreciated when we were welcomed in the past with a bag that had a few water bottles and a sack of pretzels or something Such a nice surprise that disappeared..
