This was a lovely place to stay. Definitely will recommend to friends. *Polite, friendly and helpful staff * Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, room is tastefully decorated. * Nice Kerala breakfast * Comfy bed * Loved that the stay is quite private, just a couple of cottages here and there on the plantation *Great experience staying on a cardamom plantation next to a stream, feels like in the middle of nature. * A properly working heater in the room, perfect during monsoon times * Water from shower was nice and hot! Loved it.

* There was no filter water available, so one could only buy 1L water bottles. I did not expect this since this place is named 'ecoland'. I expected at least to have to option to get filter water in order to produce less plastic during our stay. * Dinner items available tasted good, but would have liked to see more local items on the menu * Room was musty, but it was also middle of monsoon when we stayed here. With the heater it was manageable. I imagine that outside of monsoon this isn't a problem. * would have liked to have a floor wiper/squeegee in the bathroom, the floor gets totally wet after having a bath. Would be nice to be able to wipe the water away.

Dreamy place with trees, a freshwater river and two delicious meals per dayincluded in the booking. Best place to relax, read a book, meditate. Friendly staff, quiet are and impressive nature.

Unable to pay with card even though the hotel said it was possible. Travellers bring cash! I also hope the hotel makes it a bit clearer that the village of Munnar and all its sightseeing sites is around 30-40min away by road, which can feel like an effort. The hotel is great to rest, but also far from the main spots of the area -they were very helpful connecting me to drivers to navigate the area with.

The restaurant is a bit far from the riverside stays and breakfast is only served there. But since we were unwell, the staff made an exception and brought the breakfast to the rooms which was really nice of them. The road leading to the stay is a bit congested.

The location of the property is the best thing out here. The river stream running near the property is beautiful.

Rooms are not maintained well. Should have been cleaner with better facilities. Lots of leeches and other insects around the place including the rooms.

What an amazing stay we had at Ela Ecoland, just some 15 tuktuk minutes away from Munnar. The staff was superfriendly and very very helpful . And then the food, so delicious! Bathing in the little river just in front of our treehouse was an experience:)) We would love to come again when in Munnar!

Location is awesome, mind blowing. People who love to live in a forest mood, this is the best place. The staffs are so supportive and friendly. And the food they serve are so yummy and delicious, feels like homely food.

Better to provide a slipper in the toilet. And also add some more facilities inside the room. And try to reach the property before evening.

Nothing to dislike !l it might be unsuitable for seniors as it requires a small 2-3 minute trek up to the restaurant/ rooms.

The peaceful atmosphere there was excellent and the complimentary breakfast and dinner was outstanding. Thanks to all the staffs there. Especially this resort take us to a peaceful calm mood where we can touch the nature. No words to say!Excellent.. Please keep all these natural resource for the future generation..

Room food delivery can be included.. And tv can be included in all rooms. Apart from that the hot water facility should be available without any scheduled time as well as the food timing too as it's very awkward

The place was awesome,to relax Ela eco resort was best,the tree house had a great view to the river

The food provided was with very limited option,they serve only one chapati per person for dinner along with Rice,they should provide kettle in the room

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ela Ecoland. Nitheesh and the team were so hospitable and kind. Vimala’s cooking was to die for! Would highly recommend staying here, all of the accommodation options have amazing views.
