Room was large and comfy, breakfast from 6:00AM is excellent idea, quick to check in and check out, close to airport. Plenty of parking space.

Breakfast is very nice though it is quite basic compared to BW in EU. Carpets, best not to have them in hotels. My room suffered from mild humming noise; suspect it is joined bathroom ventilation ducts that make this noise. Lucky for me I was very tired each day so managed to sleep without issues due to this noise.

It was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if needed

The shuttle from the airport kept me waiting 45 minutes instead of the 5 to 10 minutes I was told. Excuse from driver didn't make sense since I was the only passenger at the airport needing the shuttle and why did the driver tell me she would be there to pick me up in 5 to 10 minutes. I called her back after 35 minutes and questioned her and she said she got busy? I don't buy that and I was very disappointed in that response.

Property was clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. We had two rooms with a queen bed, sofa bed and a kitchenette. The kitchenette had plates, cups, and cutlery. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. The location was closer to the airport I believe, so would make sense for anyone going to the airport. For us, it was just a bit out of the way from everything. But it’s not a complain or a problem with the hotel, just that we didn’t realize this when we booked. :)

Nothing we disliked. No complaints. Minor confusion with the names of the booking. I booked through booking.com for two rooms under my name. There was a section that said I can put the name of the person staying in the second room in the app. So I put my brother’s name. But at the hotel everything was done under his name (reservation, documents etc) and even the emails and messages came to (and continue to come to my email address) his name and not to me. Although the entire booking was under my name, and I made the full payment.

Ideal location close to Circle Drive that gets you quickly to south or north part of the city. Staff were always very helpful and happy.

My brother is 70 years old and he found the low toilets difficult to get up from and would have liked a grab bar. Also the curtains have a blackout blind but at the top it still allowed sunlight. It would have been nice to have a full curtain to block out all light instead of a curtain on the side for decoration.

Hot breakfast: Hot coffee. Tea, Eggs , bacon,waffles,bread,cereal,breakfast sausage, hot chocolate, milk,juice,water.fruit and yogurt. Not bad depending on what your allergies are.

Attitude of front staff on the morning of my departure date. One of them appeared angry I asked for a paper copy of my receipt. She stated it was emailed. I didn’t receive any email receipt. The other staff, I think an Indian lady, took over my check out when she felt the tension, asked me how my stay was ,more friendly I’d say and proceeded to give me a paper copy of my receipt.

We were given a pet friendly room even though we had no pets, which was fine as we booked a good room rate deal online, however the room furniture looked as if a few cats had been clawing at them and it simply made the room look in need of a makeover. I hope whoever let their pets damage your property paid for the damage. This money then should have been used to repair it. Or what is the point of a deposit??

Breakfast was really great lots of options and hot and fresh . Beds were good lots of space and big rooms and very clean . Wish lounge was open earlier but it was fine .

I was satisfied this trip and really would not have changed anything. We were all very comfortable and well taken care of

Location was great, close to airport, even though I didn’t use I liked it had breakfast & lounge option, we did use the pool & it was great, lots of light in parking lot so I felt safe having to go to airport at 3am!

I like the room and the front desk person they are approachable. All are very good.

There is no sponge in the kitchen, to use for washing dishes manually. Because we only used 2 plates and 1 bowl. We didn’t used the dishwasher because it’s only 3 item we need to wash.

The room was very clean and well cared for. The breakfast was good.

The dinning room was small for the huge crowd that stayed in the hotel. There was a queue every morning to get food.
