The hotel was very clean and close to the cruise ports. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and felt safe in the area.

This was our first cruise, leaving out of Fort Lauderdale with Royal Caribbean. We drove from SC and didn't know too much about where to park. The hotel parking was expensivethey wanted 20 dollars per person for the shuttle to the port. We paid at another hotel for the week, and it included a free shuttle to the port and back to the parking.

Arrived early morning after disembarking cruise and pleasantly surprised that a room was ready for us to check in. We had a lovely stay, the suite was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with very good food, kudos to the chef and her team! Also had drinks at the bar in the evening, very friendly bartender. Ordered in from Miller’s Alehouse, quick delivery and good food. Requested Uber service and that was quick and easy with drivers nearby. All the staff we interacted with were friendly, professional and efficient. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We only stayed for one night but wished we had booked for much longer. Very clean hotel and very spacious room with excellent amenities. Very close to the airport so very convenient. Our experience was very pleasant from the beginning when we were welcomed by Kevin at the front desk. He was so accommodating and considerate. Definitely booking this hotel on our next trip to Florida as long as we are flying via Fort Lauderdale. Thank you Kevin.

We only stayed one night and did not experience anything not to like though not sure how close it is to major shopping facilities.

The Airport Shuttle was extremely helpful. Staff was wonderful. Clean place!

I asked months in advance whether I could possibly be picked up from the airport after endless hours of flying but only got an irrelevant email a few days before coming not answering my question at all. Phoning from Europe is not cheap, please respond to emails! What I never ever expected in a Mariott was plastic forks and knives and party throwaway plates. Butter was frozen and could only be spread on bread if warmed up in my hand. Breakfast was not inviting..keeping in mind it's a Mariott and not a 1,5 Stars motel

Check in these fastest I have experience. .The staff were pretty nice . I love the room Big and space.and were clean. And breakfast was delicious and location was pretty quiet for being at airport. I love the shuttle to and from the airport

Few things.it could be better on the housekeeping..I didn't like is the lobby was dirty and the first hotel I used the gym it was dirty and elevator was dirty and the pool was closed. Besides was pretty good stay..

There are two things that bother me the first one is that because I booked it on booking. Com I can’t get the bonvoy credit which really makes me mad. When you book your airline no matter how you book it they give the credit ! But the Marriott is very greedy and they need to change their policy or I will not stay at another. The other problem we had is that the guy in charge of cruise shuttle gave us bad information and if I didn’t check with other hotel guest would have missed the shuttle

The hotel was a wonderful place we didn't had to much time to spend there because we were traveling back and forth to Miami for a gauration and traffic was horrible getting back just enough time for sleeping the bed was very comfortable. Love the moments we were there.

The long hallway my mother in-law had to walk from the elevator.

They had a 2 bedroom suite that accommodated our family - 6 of us! It worked out great. We had 2 separate bedrooms and sofa bed. The bonus was 2 full bathrooms that helped when 6 of us were getting ready. So nice that breakfast was provided. Also they arrange transportation to our cruise ship through a 3rd party - worked out great!

Everything except that there are no nice places to est in walking distance.

The rooms were wonderful. Large bathrooms, comfortable bed. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk agent Clerk: KSS. I don't recall getting his name, but he was very nice. Having breakfast included was a nice touch to our last-minute booking.

The sofa bed was horrible. My partner woke up with horrible back pain. He said it was like sleeping on paper or the floor.
