The location is very good, the staff attentive, the view from the room is excellent!

The pillows are not comfortable, there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom, we had to buy it at the local market. In the last 3 days of our stay there was not enough replacement of the hygiene products offered by the hotel itself, the TV is not a smart TV.

The beach is just across the street which made for beautiful views from the balcony. Also enjoyed the bar next to lobby to get drinks & food. Service there was the best as were the options from breakfast to late night. It was also nice to have table and chairs just outside to enjoy the views. The restaurant was also very good. Only ate dinner there once and wished we would have had time to try the breakfast there.

Although I liked that the hotel had a garage with great security, the parking was tight and difficult to maneuver with a larger car.

The hotel is fabulous, and the staff are great, always helpful. Fabulous if you want to sit by pool or on the beach. Room was serviced daily, absolutely anything you asked of staff, they would assist. Always someone around to assist or serve at the coffee bar. Easy 5 min walk to train station, we used the station and trenitalia app to travel to places like Taormina, Messina, and Catania.

I'm not sure if out of season (mid Sept), we think so as lorries came and took everything on the beach, including the pavements. All the shops and restaurants were shut during the day and some in the evening too unless you walked into Furci or travelled further afield. Everything was shut. Aside from that, beautiful place, very relaxing.

Excellent Italian cuisine, kind and helpful staff, hotel and room clean, pool with a view of the sea, clean and well-maintained hotel beach with good access to the sea with the possibility of refreshments, the location is not full of people. Pleasant place for a peaceful vacation. Everything was perfect for me, beyond my expectations.

The room was very nice and the sea view… so good. Pool looked also good, I’m just not enjoying this so much, otherwise I’d have used it for sure.

The sauna is not included in the price. You will pay 25€ for each 1,5h. The Finnish sauna was also quite cold 60C when I said it, the staff was surprised.

Good breakfast. Friendly service. First night dinner was excellent.

Advice on local trips was very much lacking. There was no welcome briefing.

Everything in the hotel and bedroom was very neat and tidy. Staff were very friendly and spoke English well.

The hotel is excellent and though are stay was brief it was extremely pleasant. The staff were incredinly helpfull and accommodating. We booked the suite that had sea views and a very sizeable terrace. True value for money.

The view from the room was amazing, the beach just outside, and the bed was very comfortable.

The pool needs maintenance. No facilities...
