I moved to this hotel for some R&R after a work trip, having spent the previous nights at a more westernised property. I was in need of some luxury and a quiet, restful sleep—and this place didn’t disappoint. My room was beautiful and spotless, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of bottled water, herbal teas, and a coffee machine. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering something for everyone. Every member of staff I encountered provided top-quality service, and I’d like to give a special shoutout to Abagail and the rest of the bar and pool team at the Ladies Lounge for really looking after me. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS: I was contacted by someone impersonating hotel reservations, asking for my arrival time and bed preference, then sending a fake prepayment link via WhatsApp.

The Ladies Lounge was the only area where sunbathing was allowed, as being uncovered at the main pool isn’t permitted. While I appreciated having a space to enjoy the sun, the atmosphere felt more like a well-behaved Las Vegas beach club with loud music and a younger crowd. As a middle-aged woman looking to relax, read, and enjoy a bit of sun-lounger service, I felt the hotel was missing an amenity that caters to that quieter, more restful experience.

The place was wonderful, with a comfortable atmosphere and outstanding service. The best part was definitely the staff, especially Kai at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with—truly a standout in making guests feel welcome. The only minor drawback was the view from our room, which looked onto a construction site. It didn't take away from the overall experience too much, but with a better view, this would easily be a 10/10 stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Great location, close to the airport and the main mall (the avenues)

The staff was more than fantastic, starting from the shuttle at the airport to the reception and room service. Sarah and Earnest were so great, helpful and so polite. All of our needs were accommodated by them and the staff were available to assist us at all times. The hospitality was very nice and the hotel sent many complimentary dishes to the room such as fruits and dates.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service I received during my recent stay. I am especially thankful for the team’s help in returning the item I had lost during my previous visit. Your prompt assistance was greatly appreciated. The luxury of the hotel and location. The room has elegent classic furniture and bathroom design was nice as well. The bed matress was soft. Some may not like it if they are used to hard matress. The breakfast they have many varities that will satistfy all. The location and sea view worth the value My next visit to kuwait whether for business or not، I will choose the same The Regency Hotel even if is more expensive than other 5 stars

This is my 5th stay at the Regency, all the stayes are fine the food was graet, every thing good except last night at 2 am there was guests at my next room they where very noisy using a load music and smoking in non smoking area, i call the front desk many time until they shift them away, that night I couldn’t sleep well

Everything was excellent as usual except for 1 thing.

I called operator for things was missing in room like the bottle opener, the lady on phone she was asking so many questions and she insisted there is one in the room, in a way like I am a goofy or stupid, I came to have a good time but this lady made my day worse.

Breakfast options were amazing, all food was very tasty. and the stuff was very attentive, the staff would even take the initiative and reserve my preferred table every morning with the pool view. If I was to go to the pool, they would prepare my preferred lounge chair and a bucket of ice and my favorite mocktail.

the hotel is amazing and best part was the rooms. very spacious and comfy beds. best robes and bath tube spacious rooms . great location with sandy beach. extra friendly staff especially shehab in the reception was very friendly.
