I stayed at this place for 4 nights and experienced only positive emotions. Starting with a very welcoming and professional reception staff who also provided all information about available services, booking all you want (ATV rent, catamaran tours, etc.) from the reception and at the same price was very convenient. The room was spotless, with an amazing view and a private swimming pool. If you want calm and privacy, this hotel is the perfect choice. The location is also very convenient; if you rent transport, you can quickly go to any part of the island in a maximum of 30 minutes (the farthest point from the hotel). The good supermarket Carrefour is less than 5 minutes walking from the hotel. The room service is also excellent, and the staff is very responsive. Only a positive experience and I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for our honeymoon during Oct 2022 for four nights and had a lovely stay. The staff at Brilliance Suites are very accommodating and are more than happy to assist with any requests such as transfers, vehicle rental, and tours. The breakfast every morning with the view was an awesome start to our day.

This is more so my fault with my own research, but the hotel is facing east therefore you are facing the sunrise i.e. you are not facing west with the famous Santorini sunset and views of the Caldera. The slope at Imerovigli actually "inverts" down towards east (check the terrain on google maps), so please don't make the same mistake as me if you want to have views of the Caldera/sunset! Don't get me wrong though, the views of the Aegean Sea as the sun rises is incredible too. Note you will need a vehicle (we rented an ATV and there was plenty of parking) to travel from here to Imerovigli as there is a large slope uphill which I would definitely not recommend walking (I'm fairly young, trust me!)

Property was located in a convenient area outlooking to the beautiful coast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with recommendations and organising transport for us there.

We had some difficulties with the initial internet at first, which got sorted right away thankfully. But the cleanliness of the place upon arrival was a bit average considering what we paid. There were quite a few leaves and bugs in the room and bathroom. And the pool was quite dirty, however we understand that there was a storm from the night before.

Brilliance Suites were fantastic, the room was lovely, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were great, and were very happy to help with arranging taxis, booking in activities and providing breakfast each day! Their communication was clear, quick and helpful. The whole stay was lovely and would recommend Brilliance to anyone staying in Santorini!

The one improvement we would say is that the pool was very cold, so it wasn’t something we used much! Would be great for it to be heated so could get more use out of it!

Great location, a 5 minute walk from the restaurants and main 'town'. Rooms were clean and tidy, The private pool to the villas were great. Breakfast was great, order the day before to be delivered to a time of your choosing. Staff were prompt to reply to messages and very helpful and friendly, couldn't be faulted.

When we were dropped off by the taxi we were kind of just left to get on with it with very little information, told that we would be informed of things the next day. Not enough storage space - felt like we were 'living out of a suitcase' as we had a 10 night stay. Pool was freezing.

Excellent location. Gorgeous big room and outside pool area. Other hotels more central would charge a fortune for the same space and only a short walk to beautiful Imerovigli, with a gorgeous costal walk along to Thira. Staff were also perfect!! Debbie is wonderful and the room service all done via WhatsApp was great. Never had to wait long for anything.

Only one small recommendation. The towels and bed linen had a few stains, but still clean and fresh.

Our stay, from start to finish, was excelllent! From our arrival the receptionist was very kind and helpful. She gave us recommendations as where to eat, what to see and do, ect. They carried our luggage to the room for us. Staff was very polite and helpful. - The room, the Honeymoon suite with the infinity pool, was very clean, with a beautiful bathroom and a comfy bed. We took advantage any chance we got to get in the pool! - For breakfast we could choose between a variety of food and beverages, which were brought to our room, and they all were delicious! - The location of the apartments were near Imerovigli (3min by car) but in a very quiet and beautiful place. The view there (and especially from inside the pool) was exquisite!! - We had a car so we could travel to anywhere in the island and everything was close. Any chance we return to Santorini, we will certainly choose this place again!!

Really nice sized outdoor area. We ended up only leaving the property once in our 5 night stay as we had everything we needed here. The menu was great with lots of options. The portion sizes are huge (we only had 2 meals a day while we stayed) and everything was delivered to our room, making it so easy to relax! And having a private pool was amazing.

The pool could have been slightly heated, although we did like how refreshing it was on the super hot days!

Can’t really fault anything- the staff were so friendly, it was very helpful to communicate via WhatsApp and they assisted us with recommendations, transfers, taxis and atv hire. Breakfast was amazing and you can chose the time you want to eat (from set times). The pool was a little cold but after a day in the sun exploring very refreshing! The suites are located on the main road to oia and a bus stop just outside - you can get the bus to oia for less than €2. You do need to return via Thira but again it drops you outside the suites. If you stay I urge you to wake up and watch the sunrise from your terrace!

To get into imerovigli you did need to walk up a very steep hill. We opted to taxi in (arranged by Brilliance Suites) and walk back down once the sun had gone in.

Brilliant Suites are incredible! The rooms are clean, spacious and feel luxurious with a terrace and private pool with beautiful sunrise/sunset views. The customer service provided from all staff - from front desk reception to housekeeping - is 5 star. Debbie was incredibly helpful, making local recommendations and booking restaurants for us. Breakfast was fantastic and it was great to see healthy food options on offer. There is a Carrefour Market near the hotel (3-5 min walk) which is great and restaurants/cafes on the main strip are only a short walk away (10-15 mins). Highly recommend staying at Brillant Suites! Our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough.
