We had a short 2 night stay in the French city of Le Havre, as part of our 10 week train trip through Europe and the UK. All the accommodation for the trip has been reserved through Booking.com and this studio apartment was excellent. It is located just a short walk from the railway station, and close to the main areas of Le Havre. The apartment was well set up for travellers, and was certainly one of the best we have stayed in on this trip. The onsite reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a nice view from the 8th floor. Definitely recommend this property.

Nothing, everything was great.

Almost couldn't fault this place. Check in easy, secure dedicated parking, perfect room facilities, friendly staff, excellent breakfast etc. Some VERY minor things with the room interior which you have to be careful about to avoid being charged afterwards ( we had a dented bin, a small smear of what looked like blood on the wall maybe from a cut finger or something similar, and a couple of curtain hooks missing which made the curtains look like they were hanging off) but none of this detracted from a pleasant stay and would def. use again.

Would have liked just one English speaking TV channel, even BBC world service, CNN etc.

The hotel is next to a big crossroad and big roads in general. It's very loud if you open the window. They ask you to take out your trash yourself and sort it. That's fine but there is only one garbage bin in a room and all the trash goes in it, and then to sort it I need to take it out? I don't understand it. Why not have 3-4 garbage bins for different types of waste, like what you can find on train stations

I travel a lot and was still surprised by this hotel. Comfortable beds, even the sofa was very comfortable. Bravo for the breakfast (on May 1st). I'm not saying that you can find everything you want for 16€/person. But it's really well organized and very clean. Each bread is carefully protected by a napkin so that I'm sure that I don't eat something that the former customers touched. We can really see the cleaness!

1) tap water is really very hard. we see that clearly from the kettle and the showerhead. May find a solution for that? 2) parking is 10€ per day but it's not closed (secured). You can find places nearby (MacDo just across the street).

Location great - walking from the train station. Easy walk to shops. Stored our luggage. I was surprised it is rated 3 star, I thought it should be higher. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast covered everything, hot and cold. Very good.

Cannot think of any shortcomings in the hotel offering. The view isn’t that interesting but a short walk was a large shopping centre - mainly clothes and cafes.

New, clean, comfortable, good breakfast (worth the money).

No mattress protection (sheet directly on the mattress) and the mattress was uneven (hard on one side, and shallow (like an elephant slept on it) on the other). The area around the hotel is not inspiring and the hotel is right on the main road into LH, although the room was insulated and we were not bothered by traffic. It's easy to walk to the train station, but that's not a lovely area either...

Wonderful spacious apartments with a modern renovation. Two rooms and a kitchen fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. And for all this an incredible price!

The only downside was the lack of available parking spaces at the hotel. We parked on a nearby street in a public parking area.

The location is very convenient, being close to the railway and bus stations. The hotel is clean and tidy, although it currently doesn’t fully qualify as a hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful, making the stay pleasant. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn’t try it, though 16 euros per person seems quite expensive from what I saw.

One drawback during our 3-night stay was that the room was not cleaned at all during our time there.

-Hotel is very new, clean and nicely renovated, very well equipped kitchen to cook, bed and blanket are very comfortable, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, safe and more amenities comparing to other Aparthotels I stayed before in France. -Very nice front desk, speak good English, always polite and helpful, lobby is modern and nice. -Check-in/out are flexible -Location is great, walking distance to the train station, McDonald's is right next door and Les Docks shopping center is right cross the street where you would find Lidl supermarket and restaurants, center is about 10-15 mins walk.

-Unfortunately, there is only one elevator for both customers and cleaning ladies so had to wait quite some time in the lobby for the elevators to come. -No Netflix or YouTube for thoes days we stayed since the hotel was still working on the network but WIFI works perfectly.

Convenient location : walking distance from Le Havre railway station and across the shopping mall Le Havre DOCKS . Good breakfast

Suggestion to improve, 1) should provide a cleaning kit in a room 2) variety of pastries on the breakfast menu instead of croissants and chocolate croissants daily. 3) 10 euro for parking on public access is a little bit pricey even though the parking lots are on private property.
