The communication with the staff was OK although I booked my room the very last minute prior to my arrival. The parking was outside the hotel and easy to access. Centrally located.

Friday night , early October at around 22:00 the very center of the city was empty. All cafés, restaurants and snack bars were closed. That was disappointing, could not find something not only to spend a few hours out but also to eat, at least centrally in the town...

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! It was a last minute booking, but upon arrival the receptionist already was expecting us , meaning he knew who we are and the check in took about 2 minutes. There was some printing problem with the receipt on check out, but the lady at the reception suggester to sent it by email, so we didn't have to wait .The parking is right by the hotel and really easy to access. Our room had a beautiful view towards a very nice park with mature trees, very green. Between the building and the park the hotel has a nice patio with gazebos too. The room itself was clean and had all the necessities. The old town is only about 200 m. away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in a very close proximity .

Staff at the reception was exceptional and very professional and welcoming. Free parking on site was also a big plus since it was directly in the city center and pedestrian area and only a 5 minute drive away from the train station. Beds were really comfortable. Fridge in the room was nice. Shoe cleaning machine on the first floor. Elevator nice with luggage.

A coffee/tea maker and a kettle in the room would be a big plus.

Stayed 2 nights when visiting Munich. 10 min walk from train station, facilities nice/clean, adequate space, front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Private bathroom and shower ok, didn't buy breakfast but looked popular with other guests. Originally chose this hotel/location for price compared to Munich and when planning to also visit Schloss Herrenchiemsee (had to cancel that... ran out of time).

Not about the hotel itself but... on arrival late evening (11 pm due to train delays earlier that day), driver revving car engine and racing the car along street where we were walking to the hotel from the train station was not a good first impression of the area. Also note that trains to Rosenheim are at a far platform at Munich HBF... had to walk fast and fairly far to make connections a couple of times.

Location is good, walkable from the nearest metro station being at 7-10 minute walk Downtown is present with lots of brands, cafe's & restaurants Beautiful surroundings and nearby park with jogging track Cooperative reception accommodated early check-in within minutes Beautiful views from the windows

The entrance is a bit unfriendly for luggage dragging

Good quality hotel located in the town centre and within walking distance of the railway station. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpfully recommended places to eat and visit in the pedestrianised town centre. Well appointed comfortable room with clean bedding and towels. Large television with international channels.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is well situated between the station and the Altstadt. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good to get a single room.

I found the soap dispensers in the bathroom difficult to use. I need both hands to squeeze them which makes catching the soap as it comes out quite tricky.

breakfast too expensive for a small eater :-)...in general, the stay is a bit expensive for Rosenheim, but that is a general problem with the hotels in Rosenheim. The furnishings are becoming a bit "dated" (but all is clean and well-kept!)

The position is perfect as it is in front of a mall and just a 5 minutes from the main Square, where it is possible to find many restaurants. The hotel also offers two free parking. The room was spacious and clean, but if the hotel is a little bit aged.

The breakfast needs to be improved. Windows have no shutters and the curtains are so thin, that a 5am sunlight filters through the curtains. Price/night is too expensive.

friendly central location. staff were pleased to get me extra pillows. parking was easy (in the end). beautiful town square just a2 minute walk away with great restaurants

not the hotel's fault but there where some massive road works going on that sort of "hid" the hotel and made finding it difficult
