Comfy beds, room was good, had own kettle, tea options and complimentary water bottles, bathroom was spatious but nothing fancy. Breakfast was amazing, loads of options, good quality and buffet like. Check in and check out super smooth. Location is good, 2 blocks from central station and 15 minute walk from center. Also very quiet. Would stay again.

Can't think of something bad, it was what I expected.

Hotel met almost all my expectations. I was amazed with the location which is perfect. Hotel room and bathroom were quite speciuos and exceed average room size. Staff is excelent, From 1 to 10 I give them 12. Very professional, polite and helpful. Especially I'd like to recommend two receptionsts Mehmet and Hazem who were so kind in every occasion and helped me with city informations and with my cell phone conection to a local provider services Breakfast was plentiful and tasty and hotel have every reason to be proud on its restaurant. Plenty reasons to chose this hotel, especially if you don't feel the need to pay larger sum for accomodation. From my window I was able to see Turning torso building and some other landmarks of beautiful city of Malmo.

The personnel were kind and helpful. Really nice breakfasts with many options to eat as well the option to take it to your room. Good access to the city. Good service. A lot of parking space in the area (paid). The room was clean and smelled good. The bathroom was ok and clean. Perfect place. I recommend it.

The LGBT+ lettering in the front door made me feel like an inferior guest just for being heterosexual. I have never paid attention to anyone's orientation, I don't discriminate against anyone, but this time I felt like I am a less appreciated and less worthy guest. It is not a big deal and I guess it is a common thing in Sweden.

Fabulous location very close to Malmö Central railway station, with regular fast trains to Copenhagen, which suited our plans. Lovely food court inside the station too, as well as a well-stocked supermarket with fresh salad bar etc. Both the room and ensuite bathroom were much bigger than you would get in Copenhagen at a similar price, and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection considering it was included in the room rate. The staff also fetched gluten free breakfast items separately from the kitchen for my daughter.

There was some building work on the road outside which was noisy in the morning but couldn't be helped. I would have appreciated a better selection of fresh fruit at breakfast.

Great location, easy to find with a super simple check in! I was only staying for a single night as a camp counsellor having my day off, but it was so refreshing to have such a nice big clean space to relax in. The bathrooms are small but clean and easy to use, with split mix taps instead of the standard European taps (great for international tourists). Point the shower head toward the wall so you don't soak the floor, but then it's an awesome shower! The breakfast in the morning has a wide range of foods, with vegan and dairy free options for those who need them. There's vats of coffee, lots of different teas to choose from, and juices to choose from. Overall a great stay, would stay again if I'm in Malmö again!

The breakfast was great and the hotel is very close to the center and the train station. Our room was quite large and had lots of storage! WiFi is very good. The receptionist was very nice. :-) +++++

Overall, this hotel was a pretty solid choice. Its best feature is definitely the location—just a few minutes' walk from Malmö Central Station, which makes getting around or catching trains super easy and stress-free. The room was much more spacious than I expected, especially by European standards. It felt very comfortable and open, which made a big difference during the stay. The breakfast was another highlight, with a wide selection of items—breads, cold cuts, eggs, fruits, and both hot and cold drinks.

That said, there were a couple of small downsides with the room facilities. The hairdryer was broken and couldn’t be used, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, there were very few power outlets available, and only USB charging ports next to the bed—no regular plug sockets. So if you’re traveling with a laptop or other devices that need a standard outlet, you might want to bring a power strip or adapter.

My favorite hotel in Malmö. I come very often and they always take so good care of me. Huge rooms and breakfast from 6.30 a.m. (weekdays) If you need to have breakfast earlier, it's not a problem. They will gladly let you have breakfast when you need it. (or breakfast take away). Tea and coffe in the restaurant all day long. Perfect location, just 4 min from the Central station and the central buss station. 25 min to Ribban, 20 min to Triangeln and 50 min to Hyllie. By foot :) I do recommend this hotel!

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Malmö! I had an amazing stay at this hotel, perfectly located in the center of Malmö with everything within walking distance. The room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was the breakfast—it was absolutely perfect with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I also loved the fact that they offered free coffee and tea 24/7, which was a nice touch. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Malmö!

Great and friendly staff, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast was also very good. I traveled for a conference which was at Slagthuset so only 1 block away, and it's only a few minutes walk from Malmö train station. The downstairs dining/lobby area was also very comfortable and great for quiet and private work meetings. It's also great value for money, as comparable hotels nearby are much more expensive. Overall I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be staying here in the future as well.
