I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and fresh ingredients every day. The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The entertainment was top-notch—fun, engaging, and well-organized. A special thank you to Niko from the entertainment team, who went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and involved. Their energy and kindness truly made a difference! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We were a large family and from the Grandparents to Grandkids everyone had an amazing time I have to say the staff were exceptional and I hate to pick out anyone in particular but Lara was outstanding She would work first at the Snack Bar at lunch then you could find her in the bar of an evening or making the crepes at the cart Always chatty and a smile for everyone Also a mention for the kids entertainers who were on the go around the pool from early morning till late in the evening Fourteen of us are talking about our return visit next year Hope to see you all then

We liked the kids entertainment and adult pool games in the afternoon. Our son enjoyed using the astro pitch and the array of pool choices was great for him. Location was great very accessible bus service to surrounding towns.

Beds were ok . Myself and my husband woke up a few mornings with a sore and stiff back. We were situated right above dining room so could hear tables and chairs scraped off the ground from early morning. Also, the walls in rooms are very thin as we were woken to screaming baby on a few ocassions coming from room next door to us.

In an area slightly away from the centre, although near some stunning beaches and nice trails. We preferred this as central Salou beach was absolutely rammed. Nice pool area. Our 10 year old quickly tired of the water slides as there are only 3 small ones on a pirate ship in the kids pool. Main adult pool lots of fun, entertainment was excellent. Quality supermarket on site. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Beds were quickly snapped up. Staff amazing throughout.

We drove there and there were no available spaces in the paid car park, and no way of pre booking a space, so you had to find an available space on the street - at certain times this proved quite challenging.

Everything necessary for a family with a baby (10 months). Supermarket next door and in walk distance a pharmacy, supermarket, some restaurants and a small beach. 10 minute drive to Salou which is great when you want to go to a bigger beach with a lot of fun shops. Hotel quietly located.

Our appartement should have been clean so our baby could crawl. In stead i was wiping the floor several tipes on day 1 with a mop concluding the water was very dirty and there were long hairs on the floor. The breakfast and dinner was okay, but for kids not always the healthy options and the food was sometimes not very tasty.

Pool facilities were fantastic plenty to do, it’s very family oriented hotel ideal for us 2 adults 2 kids, two bed comfort apartment was excellent and house keeping staff had fresh towels and the apartment spotless everyday. Staff at the reception were all lovely and the managers were super friendly and helpful. We did love our stay overall, it is a beautiful hotel.

Unfortunately the food is cold if paying for half board. This was included in the price on booking.com with this particular apartment. Our Air conditioning wasn’t great.

A standard family 4 star hotel. I think it's important to recognise that 4 star family hotels tend to be more "well-used" than couple hotels. Reception and breakfast areas were immaculately clean. Great pool areas in the hotel and a splash park just opposite. Our little one (2 years old) loved every minute poolside. Dinner was delicious every evening with something for everyone. Salads, roasted vegetables, potato based dishes, hot meats/fish, vegetarian options like risotto or cannelloni. They also have a kids buffet with things like nuggets and chips. Breakfast was ok, but the beans and sausages were cold every morning. Plenty of other options to choose from like pancakes, fruit, breads, cheeses and hams etc. Entertainment was great - our little one loved it. There are a few small but beautiful beaches just opposite the hotel- would highly recommend.

Our room didn't get fully cleaned during our stay . They make up the beds once per week and only change towels every few days (we were made aware of this at check-in). The hotel is a sustainable hotel, but staying with little ones, a lot of sand etc builds up on the floors and it becomes quite uncomfortable after a week in an uncleaned room. The noise levels are quite awful. The hotel is full of young families, who tend to stay up until the early hours and then come back to their rooms and slam doors/move beds etc. The walls seem to be paper thin and so everything can be heard. The pull out bed is very uncomfortable and squeaky, so we ended up using the sofa as our additional bed.

The hotel is spotless and very modern. The rooms are very clean and spacious if you opt for the 1 bedroom. The staff are all excellent and despite the language barrier always happy to help! The new splash pool is also fab for children and very safe so parents can relax a little.

We found the children's kids club animation a little poor. We had been before and found it much better and lots more happening during the day and night. It was sad that they brought the time of the mini disco forward and only have 1 now. This means you are pushed to get dinner and out in time. The adult entrainment was really poor 😢 Such a shame for a great hotel!!!

Good choice and great quality of food in the restaurant(buffet). Various pools and water-playgrounds for kids. Animators for kids and evening shows every day.

Some facilities were a bit old(but in good conditions). Some guests didn’t follow the rules of the hotel creating discomfort to others, and stuff simply ignored that.

Hotel and Apartments were perfect. The apartments were comfortable, clean and had all that we needed for 2 young children. (2 yrs and 4 months) Great selection of food in the buffet for breakfast. Splash park was a great hit for our little girl - very clean and safe! Wonderful pools and entertainment for kids every evening! Local bus into town can be gotten at the top of the road. Very accessible, no stress holiday!
