Top stay! High level services. Quality infrastructure (swimming pool, beaches and gym, restaurants...). Very friendly and smiling staff. All our expectations were met. Our most sincere thanks to the team, especially to Adel for his warm welcome, for facilitating our stay with kindness and great kindness, to Samira for her personalized welcome at breakfast, to Disha for her diligence of table service, to the chef for his delicious crêpe specially prepared for us and to Sofia for his delicate attention. I also wanted to share a quick note about my previous visit — the hotel itself was amazing and truly lived up to the 5-star standard in terms of service and facilities. However, I felt the food quality did not fully match the level expected from a 5-star property.

While the hotel itself was beautiful and had great potential, there were a few aspects that did not meet 5-star expectations. The beach area lacked activities and atmosphere — music was barely audible, which took away from the overall vibe. Additionally, the service was quite slow; on multiple occasions, my food and beverage orders were either delayed for over an hour or forgotten entirely.

My recent stay at The Address Beach Resort in Bahrain was truly exceptional, and I was fortunate enough to enjoy a few complimentary nights. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend The Address Beach Resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and pleasant stay in Bahrain

Highly recommend if you will be using the Pool and Beach. New Mall is directly connected to the hotel and is accessible from the same elevator that takes you to your room. The Mall is filled with good restaurants and shops which can allow you to stay the full day at the property.

Pool and Beach is open at 7:00. Fruit cuts (melon) are given at 10:00, you cannot order anything at the pool since 7:00. You can order drinks at 11:00 at the pool bar. And supposedly food at 12:00 which i have never seen since it’s quite late for me.

The play area was showing Youtube videos for kids which were really fun and enjoyable however, since the youtube account that they were using is not "Premium", ads were shown between each clip and they were not appropriate for kids. The employee did her best to skip those ads but it was not possible. Some of these ads are vulgar and not decent. They were not meant to be shown in a kids play area. Therefore, I would suggest haveing premium account to avoid this. Thanks a lot

I wish that I could turn off the light of balcony before 10:30 pm. Also very few noice from music at the early night but not too much when close balcony door

The staff where extremely polite and attentive. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday. They arranged a cake for us, printed a nice picture for us and had arranged the room excellently. The room was spacious, comfy and clean. The balcony and view were very nice. We got everything we wanted out of the stay.

Nothing. But I wish if the price could be a litter cheaper for the room and the massage services. The gym is good, but it lacks equipments.

My wife and I had a great time at The Address Bahrain. The property and facilities are stunning, and the buffet-style breakfast was delicious. We spent most of our time at the pool, enjoying the relaxing vibes and the friendly service from the pool staff. The beach is also nice, with plenty of sunbeds and a couple of beachfront swings for some great photo ideas. The bars offer a wide range of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and there are two bars to choose from—one indoors and the other outside near the pool. Our room was amazing, and we felt so appreciated when the hotel upgraded us and decorated our room with belated Valentine's Day-themed decor. The framed picture of us with the note from the team was a really thoughtful touch, and we can't say enough about the amazing housekeeping service provided by Suyith. He made sure our room was always clean and tidy, and the extra gestures and notes he left for us really made us feel at home. A big thanks also to Sanal for always checking on us during our stay, and of course the entire team for making us feel welcomed. Overall the entire team was superb, as they were all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They really care about their guests, and it shows. One thing to note is that the hotel is located in an area that is still developing, so some taxi drivers may not be familiar with it yet. However, this is not a reflection of the hotel or its team. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Bahrain.

Welcoming, facilities, rooms, furnitures… everything was amazing. The staff really cares about customer satisfaction.

Despite the amazing experience and excellent stay in the hotel, the service on the pool side was below expectations. I asked for the waiter to come and take my order 4 times, he showed up after 40 min. Towels were over after 3:30pm, the still water as well, and they were providing only sparking water. I guess they were not expecting many people to come to the pool at that time. Any way, it’s an amazing hotel and sure will go there again.
