The staff was very friendly. Helped a lot. The rooms was value for money. Located near the airport. Check in and check out was easy and smooth.

The room's door was a bit difficult to open and close because it got stuck a bit and it made noise when open and closing the door. I was worried if I would disturb the other. When I was staying, there were teenager girl staying and I could hear her laughing and shouting until midnight which was disturbing. But that's totally not hotel's fault. Maybe the hotel could improve the sound isolation in future.

Near the airport, great for a 1 night stay Plenty of shop downstairs, surrounded by convinience store and eateries Hotel provided the basic toileteries Room was okay, bed was clean and comfy, the AC was cold Overall a very good experience

Parking, there's no proper parking slot for the hotel guest So if you're bringing a car, or a bike, it's hard to find a proper parking slot for your vehicle

Staff was very kind. She let us stay for our half day during our time to wait for our flight at night. Our flight to jakarta from senai airport was at 22.00 pm. So we must wait from 11 am to 20.00 pm, because we must check out from previous hotel in JB at 11.00 am. We decide to book 1 room at carlsul hotel (2 person room). So we can stay during our time to wait the flight. First time we arrive at carlsun, the staff told us , that we only book for 2 person, but we came with 4 person. I told her, that we are not going to stay over night, we just stay until 20.00pm for our flight to jakarta. And she allow us to stay. Thank you,

Hotel is very clean and fresh. We had a small room that was adequate for our stay and all facilities are spotless. It is a little under one hour bus ride from city center. Bus stop 7-8 min walk, but cheap grab to airport. Big market very close with good food/drinks and stuff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt it was very good value for money.

Everything are nice, iron and iron board are provided, though its more like a hostel that shares bathroom, but it still good and everything function greatly.

The TV only works if you have a pendrive along with you, but its okey its still good for me, plus its cheap and the best hotel for those who needs a stay for a working, not leisure😅

id say i like everything about at the hotel the lobby was clean the staff were all nice and the room inside outside was always kept clean i kept seeing the cleaner do their job everyday to make the environment clean for everyone and yes i would really really recommend if people wanna stay there for a short holiday. forgot to mention the price is also reasonable and its really worth it.

I really like the sinks and water dispenser mashing located at the outside of the rooms. So i can, easily take hot water, wash bottle and drinking glasses when i need. Internet also ok..it worth for the price.. generally, all of the room facilities were excellent..

Tv signal was not really stable.. it quite annoying..

It was okay for short stay and for us. But it might not be a good choice for those who have sleeping difficulty as you can hear any sounds from outside (outside room and street).

hot drinking water was not available during the stay, a bit of an inconvenience.

Provide toilet sandal, hot n cold water, 2 glass, toothpaste & brush,clean n no stain on bedsheet.

space limited, didn't provide sejadah for muslim prayer, didn't show kiblat sign.
