Friendly staff. Breakfast was basic (pancakes), but OK. Adding eggs would be a good idea. The coffee was very good though. Fast WiFi, but please mention the password. Scanning a QR code is problematic when using a laptop. I had to use my smartphone as a WiFi repeater. Parking available. Good value for money overall.

The toilet was small and the toilet seat was a bit broken.

I’d give 10/10 if the showers weren’t cold and office was open more for extra tp/towels. Literally my only complaint. This hotel beautiful inside and out. The room was very nice. The location was very close (driving) to many activities and the town center. Beautiful end of street view. Very relaxing.

Warm water because it was cooler in area and cold at night. Walls are very thin but seems to be common in this country. Light sleepers beware.

Really nice host, she was very kind with us and explained everything very clearly. She even gave us good advice for places to have lunch/dinner which was a super cool restaurant. The room was clean and very comfortable, it even has a fridge which was useful for us. The breakfast was ready early like we expected and it was very good ! Thanks a lot, we had a nice stay. I recommend Greemount hotel !

Staff was very friendly and helpful in setting up tours. Breakfasts were very good. The location is good - out of the main tourist areas, but within reasonable walking distance of town. Very nice backyard area.

Walls are thin and noise from other guests was occasionally bothersome, especially those talking loudly late at night.

The family is so kind and the place is very comfortable. Just a bit far from the center but that's okay. The family is super helpful and everything is well arranged. They helped us planning tours and transportation with a very sweet driver. The beds are also great! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Just a bit humid in the room. But I guess that is something you can not avoid in this climate. And it was not too bad.

The property is a small family run business. The mum and daughter cook the breakfast every day which was delicious. We could use the kitchen for our own snacks too, which comes handy when you travel with hungry children. The communal space was very spacious and very clean. There were board games and cards to play with. The rooms are spacious too, simple but very clean. The bathroom was clean and the electric shower provides warm water if you prefer that. Soaps supplied.

There was nothing we did not like.

Nice rooms, convenient location if you have a car. Quiet, comfortable, friendly. Simple breakfast. Excellent restaurant El Legado nearby.

The staff were very welcoming and provided an excellent breakfast. Very helpful organising a trip and with sorting out the laundry.

Not within easy walking distance of Santa Elena. The hotel itself did not have a restaurant or bar.

Family run business and super friendly, this is a nice place to stay with out too many frills. Rooms are clean and they really try to keep things safe and COVID proof Breakfast is simple and you book a time slot to avoid interaction with other guests There is a kitchen for your use to make meals and the WiFi works great! In a quiet place so no road traffic.

There isn't a "view" from the hotel but you aren't far from a sunset point. If you have a car you aren't far from everything, otherwise be prepared to climb and descend some steep slopes as you're in Santa Elena and Monteverde and the area is like that. Bathroom wasn't my favourite, you get warm showers and no ventilation because the windows are closed and facing the common area instead of to the exterior.

The hotel was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. it was good value for money.

The location is a bit far out of town, just keep in mind that you really do need a car to stay here.
