We stayed 4 days in 1 bed room apartment C303 (with balcony and view to the mountains) and 4 days in 1 bed room apartment B202 (with balcony and view to the garden). The apartments are practically identical with some minor differences in misfunctioning appliances. The apartment with the view to the mountains definitely worth the extra 15 EU per day. The apartment is decorated with wood and stone finishing, feels very cozy and "alpine" style. There's a small kitchenette with basic utensils. We made are meals inside and used it a lot. Room C303 had salt, pepper and sugar while room B202 had salt and oil. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very clean. Overall we liked our stay a lot and recommend this hotel. Note: the towels are not renewed and bed are not made during your stay. We new that upfront from other reviews.

Apartment C303: in the ceiling lamp in the living room 3 out of 4 bulbs that don't work, so it's a bit dark. No furniture in the balcony. Apartment B202: the large hub on the electric stove is not working. It's quite uncomfortable to prepare meals with one small hub that doesn't even covers the area of the frying pan. Not enough plates but plenty of fancy glasses for wine and liquor which we didn't need. This apartment also faces the garden and the main road so its quite noisy during the day and mornings. Both apartments: no drying rack for dishes, you have to be creative as there are not enough space in the kitchenette.

It was a well-run, quality hotel, that had the aesthetic style of a log cabin interior. The location is excellent for anyone using public transportation instead of cars. It is close to the train station, and is a nice choice for a central hub, especially if you want to use the cable car located in town. Great restaurants nearby, and a super high quality restaurant in the hotel itself - it was one of the best meals we had in our 2 weeks in Europe! The room was so large and spacious. It happened to be storming, and the room ended up being perfect since we could get full meals and use the kitchen, then relax on the couch and jacuzzi.

I did enjoy staying there during Christmas. Our room was nicely decorated with many cute small Christmas details (like trees,a small Santa, and nice napkins), and the mountain view was just amazing.

The water pressure in the bathtub/shower was insufficient; there was no room cleaning service during our five-day stay, and when we asked for a vacuum cleaner, it was unavailable. Although the reception staff was friendly, they seemed a bit lost and did not explain breakfast details or other facilities the hotel offers. Overall, we are grateful and happy, but there is always room for improvement.

Big tvs with all programs for kids, nice restautant, nice staff, clean room with balcony, after arrival cold rooms but it was sorted right away so nice and warm for the rest of the stay. Wifi was good as well. We stayed with pet dog 15€ per night, good shower with warm and good pressure, easy online check in, good communivation with owner

Sofa bed was not comfortable, very hard matrass. Invasion of lady bugs that hide in door hinges but we took it as a part of an experience. Nothing really stand out for us. Balcony to parking and main road no views of anything but close to good hikes etc this was private booking so anythi g extra need pay gym, saunas, breakfast etc. I would welcome some tea or coffee

Overall, although the apartment is cozy, it is a bit outdated. I would at least replace the couch. Plus, nobody from housekeeping arranged the room during our 5-nights stay. We had to request at the reception for additional shower gel or to get the trash removed. There was no towel change and no cleaning at all. I understand it is a private apartment (not managed by the hotel itself), but for a 4-stars classification, there is no excuse not to clean the room at least once in 5 days.

The apartment was quite spacious, well equipped, quiet. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge. Two TV sets. Nice surroundings of the building. Restaurant in the hotel with quite good dinner options.

The breakfast served in the hotel restaurant was somewhat too expensive for the quality: in the end, we decided to better use the kitchen available in our apartment instead :).

Amazing place to stay if you choose Tatranska Lomnica as a base to explore High Tatras. 5 min walk to the cable car. Train station, shops, plenty restaurants 10 min on foot. Apartment interior design reflects beautiful nature of Tatras. Cosy, comfy and characteristic place. Very good price.

Everything was perfect.

Great location, the place is nice and clean, it’s a great place for family with 2 teenagers. Hotel breakfast in the Olivia restaurant was great.

The fan blower in the shower was making loud noise, and should be replaced. The city tax can’t be paid in the front desk cause they are not dealing with those hotels apartments. I actually had to pay this tax double due to the bank transfer fee (it was much easier if it was just included in the total price).

Good location, the staff was very nice and caring, both at the reception and also at restaurant Olivia. We really liked the fact that the kitchen in the apartment was well equipped, we found absolutely everything we needed for cooking. I loved the huge shower and beds were comfy, everything was clean when we arrived. Breakfast was amazing (the scrambled eggs were 💛). We'd definitely love to come back again and for longer :) plus they're pets friendly! Our dog loved the stay, too.

I was visiting with mom and the only thing she disliked about our apartment was some kind of a sensor or a device on the ceiling in the bedroom which lightened up red every time someone moved, which disturbed her at night when we went to sleep. And she missed a shoe horn in the hall area, so you may want to consider adding those to the apartments. I didn't mind it or missed it at all.

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view to the mountains. Cable car station was just around the corner. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was also available. The staff was very kind and helpful. Sure we will return in the future. Thank you for everything.
