Slight bit of noise from high street revellers during ski season. Buffet breakfast can be congested around the coffee machine and chef’s station.

Could not fault it.

The staff, the food, the facilities, the location and the staff again. The friendliest team I’ve ever experienced in travel.

Only downside was the location of my room above the service corridor so I was woken up early most days by the hardworking team starting their day with shutters and deliveries. But nothing early nights couldn’t solve.

The lift was broken The indoor pool was a bit too cold An earlier spa / pool opening would be good and a later closing. An earlier breakfast, 7.30am start is a bit late if you want to make the most of the day

Nice, tidy room, clean sheets, towels always available. Nice and relaxing ambient Personal very friendly, dinner to die for. Excellent breakfast. Sauna and pool as they should be. The hotel and personal give you a warm, cozy feeling.

Not a lot of space for relaxing in sauna, however, one can still sit or lies on deck chairs.

Excellent location in the very centre of Hinterglemm and right by the ski lifts, very specious family room, great breakfast and good food choice for dinners. Very clean in general and we loved the pool!

Staff at reception and restaurant could be a bit more welcoming and friendly, that's pretty much the only downside of this hotel.

The halfboard dinner 4 course menu was excellent, the staff super friendly and helpful! The wellness facilities and massage was great

facilities, flexibility and friendliness of the personal. When I missed my dinner the receptionist called to ask if I was alright and offered help to get tea or other supplies. You don’t get attention elsewhere…

Excellent food and location, brilliant room and facilities. Great indoor pool area, spa is Austrian style.

Lovely food, staff really nice, big room. Generally friendly ambience. Pool/sauna area great. Ideal location for ski area.
