One of the best Hotels and Staff I have ever experienced. Super clean, breakfast on the rooftop, modern, staff will go beyond and above for you. We had booking for only one night, I got very sick during the night and I rung them at 4am to ask if we can stay for one more day as I couldn't drive. They were very empathetic, let us stay in the same room, asked multiple times how I feel and cleaning lady knocked to our door to ask if we need anything. When we arrived a very kind gentleman walked us to the second floor to show us the room! They have a very small car park but instead of turning you away, they will take your keys and park your car behind other cars, and when you need a car and it's blocked by others then they have a key and they will unblock the car. It's all so you don't have to worry about parking space, even if they have more work and hassle. EXCELLENT customer service, well done!

Absolutely nothing I wouldn't like. Location couldn't be any better! It's facing the city centre. Cannot be closer to all attractions. Best breakfast in Albania, tasty and great choice, well served. Amazing! If you need a hotel, look no further. You won't find anything better.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Republika in Berat. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel right at home.

The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and offered stunning views of the city’s historic architecture. Its central location made it easy to explore Berat’s UNESCO heritage sites, and the hotel’s cozy ambiance provided a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in this beautiful town.

Everything at Hotel Republikka is spotlessly clean and in good condition. We had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is varied and even offers a selection of local sweet treats. Location is ideal - on the main promenade and only a few minutes from the start of the climb to the castle. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. It's a great hotel offering excellent value for money!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff chose a room for us with a lovely view of the main square in the city and the amenities were all good. Special mention to Dajanaa, who was the sweetest and helped us with suggestions for places around and more. The breakfast views are also great. The hotel was a perfect walking distance from all the main spots of the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. :)

Great location for every intresting part of the city. Fine breakfast. Staff was helpful, mainly because we want to stay one more night than we had booked, so big plus for this. Rooms were fine but nothing really special.

Cleaning, mainly in the bathroom could be more precise. Personaly I would change the shower curtain for some glass or anything since the water was everywhere and when it comes to the cleaning of the shower it would be better as well. Also there could be some ventilation in the bathroom.

Great location, quick and efficient checkin/checkout, very clean room, light and welllit common areas, we liked served breakfast (as we were at the very beginning of tourist season there were not many guests at the hotel so breakfast was not a buffet style) - juice, milkm coffee, eggs, sausages, cheese, vegetables, olives and bakery, jams - more than enough! Very friendly and nice personnel! Smart and smiling!! Room - everything you need, a table with 2 chairs ( small size but normal height!! to sit at), a chair at a dressing table, a big wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, a fridge. And nice room decoration! All well-kept! Well done!

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Localisation is perfect. The hotel has a little parking which can be filled quickly but there is a street going up just near where you can park for free. The girls of the reception were really nice and always smiling (+ speaking English perfectly). The first girl gave us a map and showed us what to visit, the places to eat, super cute, thanks to her! It is also possible to pay by card your reservation. The breakfast is a buffet with a nice view over the city. The lady’s of the breakfast super smiling too. We had a nice vibe in this hotel and stayed one night more as we felt comfortable and wanted to enjoy Berat more! We definitely recommend this place!

As mention it is possible you won’t have a parking seat, but don’t worry the girls of the reception will be there to help :)

Close to many restaurants and the walking street; Spacious room, with modern room design; Friendly staff and reception; The restaurant at top floor has the great view of the square nearby and the Berat Castle

The square nearby had some construction work or setting up of venue going on at 3am or 4am - couldn’t sleep well; The TV signal was unstable at times; Breakfast could have more choices

Everything right from the reception staff specially Seniola is amazing host . She made us felt so welcomed and loved…. She even surprised my daughter for her birthday…. I loved the hospitality in Berat the most…. She thoroughly guided us as to what is the best food to eat to best place to visit and when to visit it , so overall It was a fantastic stay

Everything was excellent

Great hotel in the centre of new Berat, but very close to the old town. Close to coffee shops and restaurants and they also do a good breakfast with views. Good views up to the castle. Room was not large but sufficient for a short stay.

Parking was limited but we did just fit in.
