Breakfast was good. Location was great.

In a room with four people, only one chair in there so everybody else had to sit on the beds. Five family members came by to visit. They had to stand or find room to sit on the beds. We did not wanna go down to the lobby. Secondly, we had a disabled room, but nobody was disabled. The tub was smaller than the regular tub. One literally had to be careful getting in the tub to shower. It had a big curved on the inside of the tub and on the side you stepped in on. I would be concerned about a disabled person using that tub. Thirdly, the front desk guy more than likely lied saying the luggage carts were being used by other people. Never saw a luggage cart anywhere while we were there. Why not just tell the truth and say we don’t have luggage carts. 🤔

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Even the elevator floor was sparkling. Everything looked and smelled so fresh. The beds were very comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, the room furnishings/decor were lovely and the shower was great. Local restaurants very close by.

The satellite TV kept going in and out, that was a little frustrating. The water in the bathroom sink never got hot, barely lukewarm at best.

Breakfast selection wasn't bad but it ran out rather quickly. More hot food would have been nice like bacon and eggs, sausage etc also some fresh fruit not just apples and oranges. Waffles were good

The beds could have been better

Close to restaurants and the interstate.

Hotel was under construction, no warnings given. The construction workers used up the parking spaces closest to the hotel and left their vehicles parked overnight.

The property was very clean . The rooms were updated and very clean. Showers were updated and clean . The bed was comfortable/ the pillows were comfortable. Overall one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in . I visit often and will be staying here going forward.

No complaints , everything was perfect.

The guy that checked us in was super nice and it was almost midnight before we got there. The lobby where they served breakfast and coffee was nice and clean.

The room was pretty warm when we got there and the air conditioner took a while to cool the room off.

Not from from 20, but far enough to not hear road noise. Easy access to good seafood restaurant.dog walking was convenient.

Bright parking lot light shows in our window even with shades down.

It was nice and clean.

When I took cover off there was something brown on the sheets. Went to get another sheet and the front desk guy didn’t understand I needed a fitted sheet. Couldn’t understand him either.

The staff at the front desk---amazing and professional. Very sweet. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of it and hot and fresh. Have stayed here a couple times before and will definitely come back. The bed was very comfy and room extremely quiet. My 10-year-old autistic son loves the pool.
