Staff and location as well as facility were all great.

Issue one- the original room I was given had not been cleaned, and someone was very recently in that room. It unnerved me to walk into that room. To think I could have walked in on someone. Issue two- the walls seemed thin. I could hear the elevator announcing the floor, and when people next door talked, it sounded like they were in my room with me.

The location. It's literally close to every type store and restaurant you'll need your entire stay plus, there's a theater, daquari shop, bowling alley and arcade in walking distance. The coast is about 15 minutes away depending on traffic.

The check-in process was a little slow because at first, there was only one employee checking guests in and of course, one of the guests had an issue. If they'd allow you to start checking at around 2:30 that would probably help cut down on frustration from both sides; employee and guest. You're not allowed to check-in early not even two minutes which is why there was a line almost out the door if it hadn't curved around. The swimming pool is a small indoor pool. It's way too small/personal for my taste.

The property was clean, the staff were friendly. It was conveniently located only about a 10 minute drive from the casinos and there were quite a selection of restaurants in the nearby vicinity.

Air conditioner/ heater unit in room was leaking water on the floor. I do feel that the hotel was a little over priced for a 1 night’s stay in the area.

I’m not sure of her name. But the young lady that checked us in on Saturday the 15th was amazing. Over and beyond would be an understatement. Please give her kudos from me.

My stay was wonderful so I really hate to say anything negative. But if I could change anything it would be the coffee in the rooms.

Everyone who works here was nice to my husband and I. This was our first time visiting Biloxi, and we will definitely be returning to this hotel. I wish I remembered names, but the hotel clerk, the bartender, housekeepers, WERE GREAT. THANK YOU

It was so clean and spacious. The staff was so amazing. They were so helpful and extremely friendly.

No free breakfast and the bistro was too expensive for our family.

The beds are amazing. The rooms are quiet! Meaning we don’t spend the night being awoken by neighbors on different floors. The staff is amazing!

Continental breakfast would be nice but there are plenty of restaurants near the lodging

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel, coffee available in the bistro downstairs.

So close to the highway the road noise became annoying after a couple nights.
