the staff is very friendly, the property is huge. there’s even a stable where our daughter could do horse riding. the food is good. the jacuzzi is hot but unfortunately bubbles are broken and don’t seem to be fixed. there are two kids pools and one half Olympic pool, so it’s nice for families. family suits are good, but I would recommend to take the junior suite superior if you like a bit more luxury.

the breakfast could vary a bit more, but if you like meat you will like it. some things like the jacuzzi are broken.

excellent option for relax weekend with your family.

We saw fantastic creatures at the property including iguanas, howler monkeys from our balcony, red eyed frogs and a great variety of birds. We loved being able to watch the birds at breakfast and the breakfast choices were very good.

Some improvements as an eco resort, eg in the bedroom there’s a sign for separating bins for recycling but only one bin given. Some attention needed to maintain standards of bedroom.

The superior room was new big and beautiful the beds were soo comfortable and spotless, these room big enough for family of four ( it was only two of us)

I choose this property bc it has gym and it was very old almost like going to a 60’s museum lol 😝 the staff were so good that it makes up for it …

Lovely resort with lush garden, view on the river with some wildlife. Nice pool and jacuzzi to relax after busy days visiting Arenal area attractions.

Minor comment on breakfast which was pretty simple and very repetitive. Could try not to serve same warm dishes every day.

This hotel was a perfect getaway. The room was a good size with good facilities. The breakfast was ok but the evening meals were delicious and at a reasonable price. The best thing about this hotel is the location...it’s teaming with wildlife. You don’t need to go to the national parks...they have it all here in abundance. We saw sloths, crocs, iguanas and an amazing array of birds.

The pool area could do with a bit of attention.

Beautiful and luxury resort, very comfortable, with many facilities. It is next to a river and you can observe animals, birds. Very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent.

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. Despite the property being very large, you sometimes hear the trucks from the road nearby.

The hotel has all amenities you may need. I liked the fact that it was a huge property, and there was plenty of space. On another note, it was just way too crowded. This is not an intimate hotel, it is a huge conference center, so if you look for something cozy, change the address. On the other hand, it was very comfortable, clean, and with a very friendly staff, so we cannot complain.

I did not like the size - I prefer smaller hotels, but for the price we got, it was ok (or even more than ok) to stay around more people for one night.

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. We spent new year‘s eve at Tilajari‘s and had a great time at their party at the hotel‘s restaurant. Although the menu was basically fully meat-/fish-based, the restaurant was happy to adjust certain meals to make them veggie.

Property is well-maintained but you can notice the rooms being a little older. Bathroom vent was very loud.

Excellent hotel with wide green spaces and great view on the volcano. The new rooms (suites in 700s) are spacious and modern. The hotel staff and manager are very helpful and get out of their way to make the customers happy and satisfied. Highly recommended hotel, definitely will be back to same hotel again.
