The place is amazing. Excellent service. It's a hidden jewel. We had a wonderful experience. We Love the Hot springs and the Horse back riding. The staff are very nice and friendly. A wonderful hospitality.

The walking trail towards the housing area needs a little bit more of lighting for night time.

The forest, termales Springs and spa area is gorgeous. A real natural experience. Doña Ligias massage was the absolute best!

Some of the reception staff sent mixed information which became confusing. The rooms should be kept by pest control standards. I think they just started doing it.

Amazing hot springs! Wow wow wow! The staff was great and very friendly. We took the family cabin for 4 people with the kitchen and it was great. We enjoyed our stay very much.

More equipment for the kitchen such as better knives, some bowls, and towels would be nice

This was my third stay. What I disliked was how the breakfast "policy" changed. I comparison to past stays this time was only DESAYUNO TIPICO offered. That's not really what vegetarian guests eat!!! While asking for some bread with marmalade in exchange, we were told that there is no marmalade (or the like) offered. Well, that's POOR!!!

The Staff is very accomodating. The hot springs and tour on horses was absolutely stunning and the beauty of the place is amazing.

Absolutely nothing was wrong with this stay. I would highly suggest going back.

The hotel is very quiet! Rooms are very private one from another. The HotSprings are just amazing, around 6-7 pools, just next to the natural river and there are located in the middle of the forest! I rate the hotel a 9 from 10, because of the breakfast (there is not buttercream, neither sourcream or any other juice than orange).

I like the distance between rom, but they are kind of old, maybe a restoration or a decoration change will upgrade them a little. Bed are a 7 from 10, change for new mattresses is a recommendation.

Menu has to many choices. It will be better to have fewer choices tasteful choices.
