The first impression is last impression, that's truly implied by each Staff member of the Hotel. The ambience, cleanliness, the courteous behaviour of Staffs (unfortunately I don't know all the names to praise here, as I can recall Ms. Maitreyee, Ms. Khusbu, Ms. Sima, one lady with specs in dining area, the male persons over the reception counter), and most importantly the quality of food they serve, wow, it's so delicious. The rooms are spacious, the fragrance you can breathe in through the lobby area... Everything was just remarkable! Looking forward to stay over again in near future without any doubt!

Nothing exactly to mention, still at the waiting area, near the reception counter, during the evening time, mosquitos are quite an issue there, who fly out for their dinner actually.

The property is well-maintained and has a luxurious feel. From the moment you enter, the staff is courteous, attentive, and ensures you’re treated with personal care, making you feel like a valued guest. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The food deserves a special mention—flavourful, well-prepared, and thoroughly satisfying.

Excellent location. We were really tired after a hectic journey from the hills and the check in procedure was done very smoothly and room was assigned to us promptly. I have booked the airport drop as well and despite the day being a public holiday, the team assisted me and arranged the cab - which was very much appreciated. The room and all amenities were top-notch and at par 5 star standards. I loved their breakfast buffet spread. And a special mention for the pinapple halwa - which I had for the first time, and fell in love with it. ☺️

overall breakfast was amazing and fresh but momo didn’t met the expectation. Location was great as it was close to mall, so it was easy to visit.

Restaurant at top floor could be better if there was closed space if we wanted AC. Also lemon tree property should add swimming facility.

The staff is very welcoming. Front desk has great welcoming service. They all care about your stay. Kitchen staff cares for you and your food. They go above and beyond to make the stay better. I want to thank the front desk, I would like to thank Deb and Asim in the kitchen. It is always a great stay at the lemon tree.

Everything is good

Restaurant and house keeping services were quiet good and accommodating. Location of the Hotel is also very good and near to big malls, auto stands etc.. The front desk Sr. stuff was quiet helpful to adjust with the need of the hour.

There is no swimming pool or at least the service was not offered at the time of my visit. There is no Kids play area or junction although it was recommended for family visit. Considering the big establishment Lemon Tree is and being in Siliguri, they should be having a provision of travel desk in the Hotel. It was all phone based and difficult to judge whether they will provide the service like the Hotel.

Excellent Staff and Food

The view outside could have been better but that's understandably not in anyone's control. The ambience was cool inside. We stayed twice (before our sikkim trek) 12-13th and 22-23rd april 24 (after the trek) at Lemon tree just coz of the ambience, friendly staff and facilities. .

Wonderful property, well kept, clean, courteous and professional staff at par with a 5 star stay. Room was clean, Buffet breakfst creatively picked and ambiance serene and refreshing.

I liked every bit of the hotel. In fact I stayed in Mariott, Siliguri thereafter but Lemon Tree naileld it. Nothing i can write in negative about tjhis property exvept that it is located in a commercial street but once inside it sure is lovely.

This was an overnight transit stay on our way to the hills. The property exceeded our expectations. They even gave us an upgrade, dont know why though. The facilities are excellent. Breakfast spread was delightful. The service was excellent, provided by an ever smiling staff!

The internet speed could have been better.
