I like this apartment, the first one is location- it’s really very close : supermarkets, pharmacy, beauty salon, Macdonald, bakery, metro , public transport - its really were cool.In the room there were: towels, hairdryer, fan, kitchen utensils (washer, detergent, capsules for the dishwasher, plates, glasses, pan, etc.) in the bathroom: soap, shower gel, toilet paper 2 rolls. quite comfortable bed, TV. The street is quite noisy at night, so it is difficult to sleep with the windows open, but this is not a problem as fom me . About cleanliness of the apartment - it’s not so good clean as can be - but in general, I recommend these apartments of their value for money

Nice place! Easy self check-in and check-out. Nearby is supermarket, bakery, restaurant, MC donald's. What is great about this apartment that is close to Metro station, literally 100 meters. Approximately it takes about 20-30 minutes of ride to reach any place in the city. Breakfast is from Monday to Friday which is nice bonus. And yes, there is free Wifi in the room. There is also hair dryer in the room.

Everything was clean, except curtains, they should be washed. Another thing is lack of AC.

The best thing is the staff, very helpful, always smalling and goes out of their way to assist and help. I was extremely and positively surprised that the staff are above and beyond the "french attitude" of not willing to help, but actually the staff there try to find solutions and they do! the location is perfect, 3 min walk to a metro station that drops you right at the center of Paris. My room was big, clean and properly ventilated and the heating / cooling is perfect! few coffee shops, restaurants are in walking distance (2 to 5 min) and you have a supermarket down the road (5 to 7 min walk)

Nice modern building, well-equipped and spacious room. Relatively fast access by municipal transport to the downtown.

Location was perfect next to Metro/Bus - Less than one minute walk which was amazing, there is hypermarket too close from the hotel and many restaurants are available down of the hotel with a very reasonable prices - There is Vending Machine (Snacks and Drinks) inside the hotel. Nice breakfast was offered with the room, staff are very friendly/supportive. Overall, Everything was so good, will surely stay there again whenever we visit Paris.

None of the staff speaks English but they were helpful and pleasant.

Location was very good, close to Metro 13, the staff where very nice and kind, The breakfast was fancy but it was good and enough to start the day, the room was clean, the whole place, entrance and halls to the rooms smelled really nice and clean. make sure you have the correct location when you're going as there's another address not so far from it but it's the wrong one, we went to the wrong one but when we called the staff they explained everything and then it was easy to go to the correct place. there's a gentleman in the reception I would really like to thank, he greeted us with a smile and explained everything very well unfortunately I didn't catch his name. in all we would definitely come back to this place and we give it a strong 8/10

Since this is "no-staff" hotel, I appreciate perfect instructions to my phone on how to check-in, check-out and anything else right on time so there were no doubts what to do - from entering the hotel, through getting room cards, using gym, having breakfast, ending leaving the hotel. Quite peaceful place, quiet rooms, all you need when you want just bed and breakfast and spend all day out. Metro station 4 min. of walk.

Really nothing comes to my mind. You have to tidy the room up and throw the garbage away, but it comes nothing essential to me.

The room space was great,the residence is still newly built. Everything is fairly Morden, nice specious bathroom and good shower that works very well. The room had everything you Will possibly need. Kitchen, jug etc. The bed was very comfortable and pillows are also very comfortable. My room was facing a construction site but I didn’t hear any noise. The location is great, next to the metro, we could come back sometimes around 1am from Disneyland without any struggle. There are restaurants around, amazing bakery next door. It was easy to move around to any place we wanted to go. I will definitely come back again.

I stayed for 7 nights, even though i was aware that they wont clean the room, as days went by i really needed some help with the cleaning and change of bedding

The security of the flats, building is great. Good privacy, good internet connection. You will have a kitchen and some very useful kitchen utensils. The metro is really close to you, like 5 min by walking. Markets and restaurants close as well. The building has a lift/elevator. I loved this flat to be honest!

I had problems to find the locker with my key. They sent me a message with some indications but the forgot to say that my key was behind a door. So you need to be curious if you want to find your key. Once you entered to the building, go to the first door at the right aside the lift/elevator. It's impossible to contact the staff on week-end. I spent almost two hours trying to contact them with no success. My curiosity took me to the right door. A Whatsapp line would be great in that case.

The proximity to the metro station is great, supermarket and McDonalds are next door. The price is okay and being on the 9th floor was nice. I like the electronic access of the hotel and room. You get a fridge and a small kitchen to prepare something simple. Furniture was good, fairly recent.

The room doesn't get cleaned during your stay unless you stay more than 2 weeks. Having that in mind, you should get your own cleaning chemicals and maintain the room. When we got there the window was very dirty both inside and outside while the rest of the room was okay as far as cleaning goes, but it could be better. Breakfast could be better but i guess its the hotel policy.
