Super friendly and helpful staff! Amazing food, even for eating vegan/vegetarian (naturally still more meaty options, but also some very nice veg ones and you can see that they’re trying). Lovely shower with good water pressure. Great towel service. Smooth communication in English. Easy online check-in and option to rent a car for the next day with the lovely reception team (they call the local car rental for you, you can leave the key with them in the end, multiple parking spaces around the hotel, all super smooth and easy). Everything is very clean. Super close to the beach and all the beach cafes. Cute little supermarket just across the street as well. Definitely would be up for coming back! Gracias por todo!🫶

The hotel is in a quiet location a stone’s throw from the beach front with its many bars and restaurants. Like us, many of the guests were cyclists, and the atmosphere was very friendly. Buildings are low rise and we had a stunning view of the mountains. There was a lovely pool bar with friendly attentive staff. A wide variety of food was served in the restaurant, and a good selection was included on the à la carte menu.

Unfortunately there was nowhere to store bikes therefore they had to be carried up two flights of stairs to our room. Whilst we had a fabulous spacious room, the bed was uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved. Food in the restaurant could have been hotter.

The staff was outstanding.. from the reception to service and cleaning staff, everybody was super friendly. We overheard multiple conversations of the staff and they were very nice with each other too. The nice work environment shows in the service quality, the cleanliness and overall well kept hotel. Not too big, location is great at the 2nd front row only 1min walk from the beach but yet calm. Food was fresh and tasty and there is a nice cocktail & wine menu too…

I wouldnt say I disliked it since there is always maintaining going on, but some balconies show signs of the sea breeze and the interior has sone wearing off too (very small I am actually searching for something to say here). Some rooms are towards the street (not very busy), especially block H could be louder since the kitchen is beneath and the carbage too.. The windowns wont shut down that noise.

Wonderful location for cycling. Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing staff, good food, and well maintained. My 'go-to' Mallorca cycling hotel. Thank you for yet another amazing stay.

With this many bikes, it would be great to have a mechanic on-site for a few hours each morning and some more expensive/robust bike stands. But that would be icing on the cake.

Amazing hotel from the minute we arrived we received a warm welcome, all staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean, food excellent we were half board, bar staff went above and beyond to make sure we always had a table in the evening to watch the fantastic entertainment. Close to beach and restaurants Spar supermarket opposite. Apartments well equipped and big enough for 3 of us to share. We were a group of 5 and we would all return. Have recommended to my son who has now booked

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very bright clean hotel. The lobby and common areas were nicely decorated. We stayed half-board and the food was of very good quality with plenty to choose from. There would be a better atmosphere in the dining hall for dinner if the lighting was less bright. There were nice light fixtures in the dining area, but they were not really used effectively. We had a nice suite overall with a very good shower.

The seating area in our suite was a bit functional and not very cosy. It had cooking facilities which seemed pointless. The bathroom sink was in a space between the living room and the bathroom, which was slightly awkward. Bathroom door not 100% opaque.

The sunbeds get reserved by people really early, even at 7am most had towels on even though they say you can't reserve sunbeds I didn't like this atmosphere of panic, took away from what should be pure relaxtion! The lifeguard does try to stop people reserving, but it still happens There should just be enough loungers for everyone Room was clean but not spotless, when we first arrived I had to clean the corner of hairs from previous guests But the place is new enough to feel clean Mostly I thought the food was great. One day my milk curdled in my coffee - the milk had gone off The final day, a piece of bread I picked up was hard and mouldy They replaced these things instantly, it just put me off a bit, they could monitor the freshness of things more

We had a great time at the Mar Senses Puerto Pollensa. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and modern, the location is perfect, just a two minute walk from the beach, and a 5 minute walk from the central square. The staff were so attentive and very friendly. The food was incredible, we have visited Puerto Pollensa many times and I have to say the food we had each night at the hotel rivalled some of the top resturants there. The presentation of the Al La Carte dishes was like something you’d find in a Michelin star restaurant. We also ate from the lunch menu which had the most beautiful salads. The cocktails were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Pollensa.

Indoor pool and sauna as well as the gym unfortunately closes at 8pm. Gym is ok equipped but could be better. The gym has daylight and is very clean. Very good breakfast, very good Dinner buffet. Very nice staff at all times. For me the bed was a little hard a d the cushion not soft enough, but that is a matter of taste. Parking on public ground (for free) was no problem at any time and feels absolutely save.

The suite is nice but the shower does not hold the water and you can easily set half the room under water.

The layout of the rooms being a bedroom and living area worked well for 3 people. The pool was a good size and well maintained. The breakfast choice is wide and varied and there is a nice outdoor breakfast area to sit in. Very good location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants.

The bathroom was very small and the doors were hung in a strange way, so that the shower opened outwards and bathroom door inwards making them clash. The pool was only open 10am-6pm, I really think for a hotel at this price point and this time of year the opening hours should be at least 8am - 8pm. While we were not particularly early risers, for cyclists and early airport transfers I also think breakfast should open earlier than 8am. People do reserve sunbeds from very early, the hotel does monitor this but I think could be more proactive in stopping it.
