The room is excellent 😀very spacious and comfortable bed. A lot of choices of food during breakfast. The location is near from any establishment, really a city center hotel and also the staffs are nice , the housekeeping staff is very approachable. ☺️

Not really don't like, but can improve 😊 The other staff in the 5F buffet area are serious face. 😆

No one mans the Hotel Entrance Door -> push/pull by yourself 4. Lift doesn't require access card -> insecure 5. Ramp near the lift lobby of each floor 6. Only 1 electrical socket at the table 7. Toothpaste is too small 8. Water is easily spilled over from bathing area to other areas as it's at the same level in the toilet

Location is really convenient, just within walking distance from taoyuan train station and has shopping malls and eateries nearby. The shuttle bus to the airport is just right opposite. Breakfast was good. room was really spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Surrounded by shopping and eating shops. Train station is nearby but not easy if you are carrying large luggage. I took taxi to hotel cost around NT100. The staff is friendly and helpful.

No iron and iron board in the room. No free laundry facility. There is bus stop right in front of the hotel which is not easy for Uber taxi to stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast end at 9.30am which we find it too early. Not much choice for breakfast.

The location is near the Taoyuan railway station, 10 minutes walk. It is the centre of the city There are many shopping centres, shops, Nobel bookshop, restaurants. In front of the hotel, there is a good bus 706 to Taoyuan international airport terminal 2. It takes 40 minutes to get in front of the terminal 2. The free breakfast has many varieties of food. Porridge with pork floss, pickle, gluten meat, egg, steam dumpling, bread, potatoe chips, noodles, salad, soya milk, sausages, beef and tofu, etc. To have the free breakfast, we were not given the vouchers to show when we were there. We just went inside the eating room.

The hotel is surrounded by a few shopping malls and local stores; it's right next to Family Mart, making it convenient to grab some late night snacks. Although the facilities are a bit old, the room is quite clean and spacious.

The staff can't speak English well so I had a hard time asking for a adapter but they're really friendly. Additionally, the hotel has limited breakfast options

I enjoyed my stay here in Tao Garden hotel. The room was Spacious and nice with comfortable bed, and the breakfast was good. We stayed during New year so it was a bit expensive but still a good price to compare with others. The location was very convenient! Walking distance to the station, the bus stop is in front of the hotel.

This is not about the hotel but about the sewage system of Taiwan. The bad smell from the sewage in front of the hotel made the hotel less luxurious. Remember to bring a mask then everything is fine.

The location is great with buses just outside the hotel. You can travel around with ease if you know the route(s). Very convenient to reach the hotel from airport with the express bus or HSR available. Breakfast is average; no surprise. It’s just home cook Chinese meals.

The kettle have rust .

The location is close to Taoyuan train station. In front of the entrance there is a regular bus line to Taoyuan Airport. We got an upgraded room, which is quite spacious.

In our original booking there should be a safety closet available, which was not the case in the upgraded room. Coffee in the room is 3-in-1. If it should have be separated, would be pleasant for guests with different needs.
