The property was nice and comfortable for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable enough and the space was great. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome and managed to get parking in the building each night we were there.

The was a bit of noise from the AC system (not the room unit but the floor system) which was a bit annoying when trying to get to sleep. Not unmanageable though. Would maybe recommend earplugs if you’re a very light sleeper.

Great size room with deck, king bed for us and a large room for our son which was not close to us.

Hotel was in a great location, lots of places to eat within walking distance and nice outlook over the river. Complimentary car park was a bonus. Pool was dirty and under maintenance which I suppose is to be expected during the winter months. Pigeons were making a mess and not bothered at all by the owl deterrant.

Asked for a non smoking room and the room didn't smell but there were butts and an ashtray on the table on the deck.

Great location and lovely spacious room. Nice to have a couch and coffee table in the lounge area.

The garage parking building was difficult to navigate and the hotel itself tricky to find your way around. The large area of ceiling-high windows allowed cold air to flow in.... we left the curtains pulled all day. The bath, with shower over, was hard to get in and out of and took a long time to drain.

Staff- Amazing, very welcoming! Bed and bathroom- clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable, size of bed makes it even better. View of pool- spectacular Child friendly. 5 out of 5 stars from my children. Perfectly located in CBD.

No cooking facilities at all. Got a toaster on day 2. Perfect for people staying for 1 or 2 nights, any longer and cooking facilities need to br considered.

The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom was just the same. I liked the view over the pool. The whole Hotel had nice corridors, elevators or stairs to rooms on the first floor. The staff were helpful 🙂

I was happy with my room and where it was located. My friends had to walk a distance to their rooms on the second floor.

Staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is well placed for the town centre and the facilities on the quayside.

There was no breakfast or dinner available in the hotel. The pool is unheated. It seems most facilities were closed in the pandemic and not reopened. For a night or two, this is a minor problem, but we would have wanted those facilities.

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are large and well set out. It is very close to restaurants and walks. Obviously, we did not use the pool as it was winter, but it would be superb. Our room was well set out and the cleaning staff did a great job over our two-night stay. We had a view of the river which was nice. The car parking was easy and made for secure safe parking.

We loved our stay as per usual.

The large comfortable room and the very friendly and helpful staff. Apparently I had one of the biggest rooms (junior suite) it was like a small house. The bed was comfortable and the shower great.

It’s dated and like a labyrinth to find your room. Parking situation is odd.

Brooke at reception was absolutely fabulous. Rooms were spacious and very good value for money. Location was fantastic. Amazing pizzas next door too.

Need a mattress protector to take the feel of the join between the mattress away and to stop your sheets from sliding undone all the time. Room also needs a microwave.
