I liked that the room was quiet and clean. The room had hot water and a way to do self check in. It was a worry since my internet wasn't working and you needed the booking to pull up. Some other option would be helpful when we don't have internet or wifi - maybe have wifi available at the check in site. It felt like a place I went on at a convent that was clean, comfy and safe. The breakfast was absolutely awesome. I loved it. If it was cheaper to have on booking I would have preferred that. The breakfast made not being in the center of town or near train a nice trade off.

I was unable to walk to site and it is not near from train unless you are a walker. The booking site is never clear about the breakfast and some stays include it and some do n't. This is never exactly clear or not in bold when booking the lesser expensive room. I did not like the check in. It was daylight and not late but no one was there. I would have liked to be near the town center, so the location gets an 8 out of 10. I liked everything so am really writing about luke warm thoughts.

The breakfast were excellent and the gentleman who served us at breakfast the reception was very kind and efficient.

We hadn’t realized that the property is in Neustift, we thought it was in Freising. We needed to get from the station with 2 suitcases. We caught a taxi from the station and later without bags we either walked back to the station (30 minutes) or caught the correct bus (5 mins). Maybe put the bus numbers in the advertisement so guests know how to arrive on their first day. We were fine after that but speaking no German it was difficult on the first day.

Very comfortable and clean establishment with friendly and helpful staff. Located in a safe residential neighborhood near bus lines to the train station and city center, or about 1.6km walk to the Domplatz by foot. Simple breakfast available on-site for an additional charge or quick walk to a market or delicious bakery nearby.

Our rooms were on the street side, across from the cathedral. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but guests should be aware the bells ring loudly every morning at 7am. I understand the economics & ease of a check-in kiosk, but found it a bit stressful after a long day of travel.

Friendly staff. Particularly, Franz , who was working during breakfast times . Room was clean. Everything I needed. Even a fan as the weather had been quite hot and humid. Close to public transport for a trip into Munich. Bus just a few metres away from Hotel entrance. I check in late at night and after hours and used an ATM- like machine that dispenses your key card once you have entered your booking details. A simple process, and I gained access to the front door and my room. Great breakfast.

Nothing I didn't like.

Convenient check-in, clean facilities, good mattress, lots of water pressure in the shower, window opens easily for fresh air, window shade roll down for complete darkness at night, easy checkout, great Italian restaurant practically across the street, reasonably short access to Munich international airport

Room was small, thin walls - easy to hear neighbor sneezing and coughing. No elevator; Walk-up with heavy luggage.

That was nice. From the first time I didn’t find the garage for parking, then I saw the message on the screen and found it )) Everything is automated that is very convenient.

Would be nice to have some Hangers in the bathroom and bigger TV.

Nice and clean and good location! Easy to check in with kiosk machine and super comfortable stay. The bed was so comfy! Great restaurants in the town near by.

It’s a bit of a walk to most restaurants (only 15 mins) but the trade off is that it’s in such a cute, quiet neighbourhood so well worth the walk!

The rooms were outstanding. Modern, clean and comfortable. We loved the location next to the Church and beautiful garden (be sure to check it out, just walk through the gate). There is an excellent Italian restaurant hidden in the old cloister building across the street. It was an easy walk to the pretty old town square for additional shopping/restaurants. The taxi from the train station was only about 10 euros. Easy access to MUC airport by taxi and or train.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We were only there for about 12 hours since we arrived late and had to catch an early flight. Easy 15 minute drive to airport

We arrived after check in time and had to use check in kiosk which was a little challenging for this senior. Parking was a little challenging

I really did enjoy the property and everything that they provided for my one night stay. The amount of money that I spent.

the only thing I could really complain about was the hallway leading to the room smell a little musky other than that it was very nice.
