Great location directly at Piazza Cairoli (walking-distance to piazza Duomo in 15'), breakfast in a closeby bar, very good wifi and functional room (in our room the bathroom would need maintenance e.g.broken shower door). Luggage storage for late-checkout.

They have two buildings we stayed in the second (not main). The description said that we'd find a fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, once we started cooking we realized that we had to buy some basics (e.g. plates, knives). There was no dining table either. If you plan to cook, check first if everything you need is actually available.

Room was great, nice shower and spacious enough to open suitcases and move around. Tv and AC worked perfectly. We had towels, hair drier and soap/shampoo, host was very attentive to the details. There is a small shared space with kitchen basics. Host was very responsive, and breakfast is included if you go the the coffee shop on the corner. Thanks!

Old building with no elevator, you need to carry your bags a few floors but no big deal really. The staff that checked us in kindly helped us with our bags.

In the center of Messina, but that also not so good because in Friday night there were many people outside and the noise was till late at night, so it was a bit hard. Except of that everything was nice at the room, with mini bar, nice shower. Breakfast is served in the restaurant near the hotel, its coffe and pastry of your choice.

The noise from the street and the common area

The room is clean and just like the pictures, there's a kitchen with a coffee machine and all utensils needed for cooking anything by yourself or just to make a cup of coffee or tea, it is in the center square so everything around you by a few steps and it's safe, the breakfast they offer was good.

Maybe the dimmed lights, there should be a brighter light for the main room because the sun doesn't go through the window

Great location for the train station and port also plenty shops bars and restaurants. My room was large with good size bed and large screen Tv . Bathroom was on the small side but had everything you need . A shared kitchen was great for making a cup of tea or coffee . Staff very friendly and helpful

The breakfast was served in the restaurant next door and the service there wasn’t good. They spoke very difficult italian, and didn’t explained what was included. Had to request for them to provide breakfast even when the corresponding ticket was already given.

Great location on Piazza Cairoli, close to train station and Duomo. Cafe downstairs great for breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was excellent. Room was spotless. Location fabulous.

I was by the front door to the B&B which was noisy. However, the patrons did not stay out too late, so it was fine.

Very comfortable stay, the host was very welcoming and very flexible upon my arrival schedule. I slept very well and the temperature was comfortable.

10 min walk to train station. Easy access to restaurants /caffes/bars. Owner met us upon arrival . Kitchen for guests to use -fridge stocked with h20. Very quiet despite restaurant /bar below
