The property is lovely and the rooms are super clean and spacious. I had a room with the view and balcony and it was lovely to sit there at the end of the day and watch the sunset ( which was gorgeous - amazing colors). Some of the reviews say that is far from the city but it isn’t really. You can take the most lovely walk going down and even as you return, the hill, is totally doable and worth it. I experienced their 2 Christmas dinners and they were fabulous occasions. What makes this hotel a nice place is the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The staff members in the dinning room really welcome you in the spirit of Christmas. Great experience!!!

It has been said that you must follow a map to find things in this hotel. That is true because the property is large. But again, since I arrived the staff were wonderful in showing me everything in the map and how to get to places. I never got lost. I could find everything.

View of the Bodensee from the room and breakfast room. The bus ticket for Uberlingen are included in the price of the hotel. Sauna and swimming pool very clean and comfortable. They gave me little bottle of white wine as present for birthday, I appreciated a lot!

Even if there are gluten free options and bread for breakfast there is poor knowledge of celiac disease and food cross contamination (as in most part of Germany). Before to order I asked if that meal is safe for me and they said yes but they served it with a slice of normal bread in the dish. Not a good thing, but besides that I explained again the problem and the cross contamination and they made another time the meal.

The staff was very friendly (especially the lady at the check-in). We had a beautiful spacious room with a balcony that provided panoramic views of the lake. The first minibar is included, which is very nice. The bathroom was fantastic as well, very large with a beautiful sink, and a huge plus was the amazing view of the lake from the bathtub. The hotel was very clean, and the pool was also great (an added bonus: they provided swim towels in the room, very convenient). There was nothing to complain about the breakfast; you could enjoy it while overlooking the lake, and there was plenty of variety in terms of food. We had also requested a baby crib, and they had prepared it for us along with baby products. A little lower than the hotel, you can take the bus to Überlingen. There's a good connection with two buses per hour.

If I can point out a minor downside, it would be that the playground for children is a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Also there are a lot of stairs everywhere so sometimes complicated tho find your way.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff, exceptional breakfast, nice spa area and fat fluffy bathrobe. Loved using the pool and spa area. I had a single room and was surprised how large it was. Nice amenities in the bathroom.

It was sometimes a bit difficult to find things as the hotel is large with different elevator systems. But you get used to it and then know where to go.

We spent three nights at Park Hotel St Leonhard as a part of our European road trip. The staff were all very friendly and coped well with our limited ability to speak German. Our room was large and comfortable with a lake view. There was plenty of free parking. We had one evening meal in the restaurant which was very good. The breakfast offering was also very good. There is a regular bus service into Uberlingen which is free to use for hotel guests.

A wonderful hotel - there is plenty of parking nearby, excellent breakfasts, but the best thing is that the hotel has a swimming pool and saunas, you can relax after the road!

Everything is fine

Amazing view across the lake to the Alps. Great value for money. Outstanding breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Really clean. Enjoyed the complimentary sauna and steam room.

Area and view exceptional. Room was spacious . Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We were taken to a different restaurant for breakfast since the main was too busy and full.

The sauna and spa is indeed nice however calling it "Panorama sauna" is quite window dressing. No panorama sauna existing (only a regular one without panorama view, actually without any view at all). If you are lucky to get a seat on the first row bench on the terrace outside of the spa area you will face a big roof in front of you and behind that the Bodensee (Lake Constance). Fair enough. However the sauna space itself is really nice.

25€ per night for a small dog is insanely overpriced and not at all fair (I bring his bed, breakfast, drinks and comfort). A lot of staff with very poor German language skills, that's actually embarrassing. Half the pages, apps and services I use on my electronic devices didn't work with the WIFI.
