First of all, the hotel staff is absolutely amazing, all of them! Incredibly friendly, chatty, explain everything perfectly, always eager to help you. All of them have very high level of English too. These people are truly the heart of this hotel, and the main highlight of the entire stay for me. Can’t express enough how great they are. Private location with stunning scenery. Even though it’s not on the shoreline, it’s not that far and they provide a free shuttle, but on the good side you avoid all the noise if you want to relax. The rooms are lovely: spacious, great view (mountain view is definitely worth the additional cost), everything is new and clean, perfectly cozy mattresses. The rooms have coffee machine and they renew pods every day along with water, tea, etc. I especially like the design: It’s minimalistic but still has personal touch, and certainly not bland. When the majority of hotel have very cluttered tasteless design from the past century, this one certainly stands out - you actually enjoy being in the room. The pool is pretty much the only public area aside from the lobby and the dining area, but it’s very well-kept, and since there aren’t that many rooms you usually enjoy it all on your own. The hotel has a kitchen on site, so they provide breakfast a la carte, and there’s a menu to order from at any time - though it’s not a huge selection, it’s sufficient, the prices are very average and the taste is great.

Nothing comes to mind really. Maybe I would love to have some garden area or something like that, and perhaps they will build it at some point, since they clearly have some real estate in the back - this is a very new hotel, after all.

The staff were lovely, especially Emma. The lady who checked us in (wish I remembered her name) gave us a bunch of great island-hopping recommendations that came in really handy. The room was super clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom had all the essentials. Breakfast and room service were both great. The air conditioning and safe worked without any issues. We also really appreciated the free shuttle that ran at different times during the day as it made getting around so much easier. All in all, we had a great experience and would recommend them 100%!

If I had to be nitpicky (and this is just a personal preference), I’d say the decor in the lobby and the adjacent eating area could be a bit cozier to give the space a warmer, more inviting feel. It would also be nice if the body wash and shampoo had a more pleasant scent. That said, these are very minor things and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a truly wonderful stay. We enjoyed our time here and would happily come back.

Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world, and we've stayed at some nice hotels that are 10x the price. Literally everything was perfect, the room, the staff, the cleanliness, the location, the pool, the view, the breakfast, everything. A special thank you to Emma and her colleagues on the reception desk (sorry I don't know all your names), they are amazing and an absolute credit to the hotel. They went out of their way to look after us, especially when my wife was feeling ill. We extended our stay here twice and could so easily have stayed for much longer. If we are ever back in Krabi we will be back.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything is just so excellent. Everything in itself was in top shape, and quality. The pool, the balcony rooms, the view on the swimming pool and the mountains. The staff are very well mannered, polite. Besides being well mannered and polite, they even go over the top to suggest that they’ll go to the store for you to grab something. Of course we didn’t do this, but her suggesting this herself is just very, very kind. The food they serve is amazing, even having lunch specials. The hotel itself is located in a very calm, and quiet place. You can take a Grab near Ao Nang Beach where all the shops etc. are located, but you can also decide to walk as it’s not far (25-30 min walk.) My tip is to take a Grab, during day time as we went during Songkran and the weather is nearing 40 degrees celsius at it’s peak, and walk back when it’s like 28-33 degrees celsius. Overall this was the best hotel we have stayed at. Relaxation, quietness, close to Ao Nang Beach etc. Great view from the room, very clean, and very kind staff. The room comes with bathrobes, and a big bag where you can store in your stuff when going to the beach for example, a vanity kit and 2 rolls of TP, as to the ones in Chiang Mai and Bangkok where it’s 1 TP.

What I didn’t like was not able to elaborate it more into detail how great this hotel is.

Well where do I start!! The view, the room, the staff, the location the whole feel of this brand new hotel was outstanding!! We arrived to be greeted by the lovely knee at reception who was so kind, walked us to our rooms and settled us in she is such a sweet funny and proffessional member of staff, the bar man always had a wave and a smile for us and made the best lemin and lime smoothies with a touch of tequila ever!! Paul the manager was so knowledgeable friendly and chatted to us daily to make us feel welcome. The rooms were beyond spotless and we were provided with robes slippers and even a very swanky beach bag to take down to the pool it definately made you feel like you were part of a spa for the duration of your stay 🥰 absolutely loved our time here would 100% return and can't wait to see the new bar up and running. Thankyou for making the last few days of our month long travels as blissful as it was.

We liked everything. A beautiful place managed by beautiful people. We wish to kindly thanks one by one all the management staff, one by one all the workers, one by one the receptionists. Thanks to you all our stay was Unforgettable. If you add a wonderful, big , super clean room, a lovely swimming pool, a delicious breakfast... Just everything perfect. Rarely happens. Thanks again to the Keereen Resort and to all the people there. We will back for sure.

Room cleaning can be after 15:00, good but modest breakfast. But still 10 points for this place

What I didn't like is the question? I loved everything from this hotel, Ao Nang is horribly tourist and everywhere you go it's expensive and non Thai at all, however this hotel you can eat perfectly for a very reasonable price, Thai food from their restaurant is delicious, the rooms are big, nothing is missing, all the facilities you need you have it in the room, the bed and pillows are super comfortable the views and the pool is just stunning, the staff service is outstanding and they are SO helpful and informative, is the best hotel I stayed in Thailand in overall, the location is also very near to a 7/11 and if you go to the opposite side to the beach, you can find more local places. You can walk perfectly from the hotel to anywhere in Ao Nang

Very clean, beautiful view and great people. Is designed perfectly with everything you need, small details like usb, beach bag etc Very quiet but still close to amenities. Great location If you come to Krabi is the beast choice

All was great

The room I chose ( king room with mountain view ) was huge & clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a swimming pool you can enjoy if you are not in the mood to go to the beach. I believe this hotel is newly open. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is about 7 mins by car or you can go by the free shuttle from the hotel. Ao Nang street is about 6 mins walk and there will be many restaurants & shops. One issue found is the water shower pressure. It is really confusing, the hot water suddenly turns cold.
