Private pool was a bonus. Barbeque facilities also a bonus. Fantastic hosts. Loved the little pub/bar with friendliest owner (Lucky) right next door. Comfy beds and ensuite bathrooms are lovely. Cleanliness superb. More than adequate space. Overall fantastic stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

The location was a little confusing as there are 2 different locations for this property, so I suggest getting the contact information for the lady that hands over the keys is best, so that taxi driver can communicate directly with property. Maybe just add a kettle to kitchen.

Great value property in a quiet location but close enough to shops and bars. Restaurant next door excellent food who brought the meals to the villa. Swimming pool lovely and very comfortable villa.

Lovely villa but needed a bit of DIY and lick of paint especially around pool.

After seeing how touristy Ao Nang is near the beach, I was glad this villa was further away from it. It was in a good location walkable to some nice restaurants and 7-11. We loved being able to use the washer and there were 3 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Communication through WhatsApp with the hosts was very good.

The villa was clean, but not spotless. The initial address we gave our driver was not correct so we had to search KG Villas specifically in order for the right address to come up. The address alone without the location name was not correct and 0.5 mile away. Wasn't a huge deal, but good to know for future visitors.

the place was spacious, clean, and the hostesses were friendly. i would recommend if you’re travelling with family. it was like home away from home

it’s about 7 mins walk to town. but otherwise you can take grab around

Super clean and comfy and spacious for a group. Pool rocked. Could do laundry. Outside the chaos of AoNang, but you can walk into town no problem. The Coconut Bar next door is awesome.

Very clean and cosy . There’s a restaurant right next door where food can be sent to your door step and it was super tasty. Staff were super friendly. Had such a comfortable stay.

Shower water pressure is low.

Stayed at this villa for 3 days and couldn’t have been more comfortable. It was very clean and had housekeeping service too. It had all the necessary facilities and the staff were extra kind, attentive and helpful at all times. Would definitely come back!

Our water was cut off in the morning which wasn't great. However, the owner did come and give us access to the villa next door so we could use their water.

The private pool was great. The house was clean and the room and the staff was friendly and helpful

AC was not up cooling very well, but that was rectified as soon as we informed the staff. The water pressure in the showers was low.

The villas size are just perfect for 4 people. The bed are comfortable, kitchen fully equipped with utensils and got washing machine as well! You can either relax on the coach while watching netflix or just chilling in the swimming pool accompanied by a big unicorn (lifebouy)😆 They also got bbq stove next to the pool.

The shower are bit slow. Other than that, everything are fine.
