Aesthetic clean and friendly ,The place was very close to the main street and a pleasant walk to the beach . Nice Family Home and the small garden had nice waterfalls and carp in the pond. Good to see what you can do in small space to make it comfortable .Mr Chang was an excellent host . a good restaurant 2 doors down and very interesting as there was a Mu Thai Boxing school over the road as well . Very sweet street in Leela Valley .

The main streets were full of shops and restaurants and many touts trying to sell you stuff as you walk along .but i realise they have to make a living too. This is Low season and you wonder how people manage to make money ...so you can imagine in high season !As long as you stay cool and friendly it's ok . Just abit of a shock at first !

Mr Chang was the most amazing host ever. He also let us leave our lugage post check out time, as we had a later flight. The location is 20 min walk from the beach, close to the main street but hidden enough to be quiet, it's perfect to explore the main street with a lot of shops and places to eat. Would highly recommend it!

Room is a little small for a large couple.

Mr Chang was a lovely host. Room ready early and clean. Great facilities. Room a little on the small size but big enough for our 2 night stay. Away from the main road. About a 15-20 min walk to the beach. Nice place to eat next door.

The bed was too hard and creaked. The birds woke us up early both mornings

Really nice property, small but cute twin room perfect for short stay whilst travelling. Road is quiet & behind the main hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. The owner and his mother are really friendly, he has a very cute dog and lots of beautiful fish! They provided us with free coffee & bottles of water too :)

Only problem for me is that I am a light sleeper and the curtains let in a lot of light

First of all the welcome of mr. Chang who welcomed me personally. He is a super friendly host and I immediately felt at home. The room was cute, nice and clean. The location was about 15-20 min walk to Ao nang beach and located in a nice and quiet side street. I stayed 4 nights and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and quiet place. The rooms had some nice details and a book with several tour ideas and options to do around Ao nang. I could arrange transport via my stay as well. And also a discount if you visit the massage and spa from the owner (which I would recommend as well).

The place is quiet and relax. But if you want to go the hot spot, it is only walking distanced. I like the hospitality of the owner (Mr. Chang). The ambient of the place make me feel calm and relax like a home plus privacy from the noisy crowd.

Very quaint apartment and extremely clean and cosy vibe. Mr Chang and his wife were lovely. The location is quiet with a great restaurant a minutes walk away. Bonus points for a cute Beagle and ginger cat along with a koi pond right outside. Shower was amazing, best shower pressure in Thailand I've encountered so far.

The wifi was quite weak and cut in and out a lot.

This is a perfect home stay. Quiet, extremely clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and tries to accommodate your every need. You have a kettle and free coffee in the room and a nice outdoor table where you can enjoy it.

It’s around a 20 min walk to the beach, which with the Thai heat can become a lot. We rented a scooter from the hotel besides it for 250 baht, which made everything a lot easier.

The owner is super friendly and welcoming and can give you a lot of information. The building is modern but built in a traditional style. There is a pool with large carp in it and a lot of plants around the front of the house. It is very peaceful.
