We stayed at Ao Nang Sea Valley Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was top-notch - the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless. What truly made the difference were the hosts - incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The resort itself is in a peaceful location, yet still close enough to enjoy all that Ao Nang has to offer. If you're looking for a place with genuine hospitality, excellent cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice clean quiet hotel with lovely pool area, set back slightly from the main road so you escape most traffic noise. Reception team Han and Ying extremely helpful, gave us good advice and good prices on trips. Hotel is a 20 minute walk to the beach and the main area of shops and restaurants , however we preferred the local area to the hotel for restaurants, there are some good ones within a hundred meters up and down the main road. There is also a 7/11 across the road from the hotel for snacks or breakfast bits as the hotel unfortunately does not provide breakfast.

We stayed in room 105, ground floor room which had a small terrace which faced onto the pool. For some reason you need to enter the room from the terrace, which means you need cross the room to what should be the main door to insert the key fob to initiate power for lights etc, its a pain at night in the dark.

Very lovely family owned accommodation. The family is very friendly and helpful with great hospitality. It is very clean. There was not one leaf or else in the pool. I traveled by myself and I felt so greatly accommodated. The hotel is not directly on the strip where restaurants and bars line up with a 15min walk there, which was perfect for me as I didn’t come to Thailand to party. Definitely book excursions through them as they offer better pricing. Very genuine people. Ying at the reception was exceptional and very sweet. It kind of felt like coming home if you let it. Many thanks again for the kindness and love which you can tell throughout the whole staff and accommodation.

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff! I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm welcoming, and eager to assist. The front desk team was incredibly professional. Housekeeping kept my room spotless, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you every staff for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. Their kindness and dedication made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend! I did notice that the shower head could use some improvement. The water pressure was a bit and it would be great if it could be adjusted.

Ha and family were so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them - they looked after us really well. The room was large, spacious and very clean.The beds were super comfy, air conditioning fab, plenty of plug points, kettle and fridge in the room. A handy carry bag to take to the beach and umbrellas for the extreme heat provided. The bathroom was lovely and the power shower was the best we have had in SE Asia. Fresh water was provided daily with tea and coffee etc. Housekeeper came daily too to clean the room. Balcony large and good to sit out on and the view was amazing of Ao Nang. Just off the main road area so nice and quiet. They rent scooters at the hotel for approximately £5 per day which are great to get around on and explore. The location is a good 25 minutes walk to the main beach and, in the heat, the scooter was a blessing. There are also other peaceful beaches a scooter ride away which suited us better. Great value for money, we stayed for 3 weeks and it was very reasonable. Swimming pool is fantastic to stay cool with comfortable sun loungers. There is no breakfast option however there are many cafés a few minutes walk away. Ha gave us freshly picked banana's from the tree often.

The staff is great, and it’s super clean. They are very helpful with tours and transfers.

It’s a 20-minute walk to the beach. I found it a bit far, especially this time of year, because it’s very hot. There were some strange insects swimming in the pool, and on the first day, the air conditioning wasn’t working. All the rooms were fully booked, so they gave us two fans to deal with the heat. But the next day, by 9:30 a.m., the other room they arranged for us was ready to move into. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The resort is located in a convenient place not to far from the beach yet close to all the amenities like resturants and supermarkets ( walkable from 711 and the Lotus store). The staff were super sweet and helpful especially Ha who not only was super helpful in helping us decide on the day tours but also helped to get transport at really cheap rates compared to the apps. She even gave us a beach towel to carry on our tours for free. The pool is very clean though small but does the job. Very relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to Ha and the staff for making our stay memorable. We'll definitely be back again!

Reception staff lady was very warm, friendly and welcoming. Overall staff made my stay a pleasure. Location is approx 15-20 minutes walk, but nice to get to know the area and the huge array of eateries! Room immaculately clean, was shocked as I was expecting mediocre given some of the previous reviews. Cudous to the housekeeper, she clearly does a thorough job! Much appreciated.

Very noisy neighbours as a light sleeper, I struggled to get a decent night's sleep although I did raise this, I was informed that it may be housekeeping, but the noise was during the night. This is my only complaint. Otherwise all good.

We stayed 5 nights and everything was excellent. They changed towels every day and constantly refilled our water, soap and shampoo and cleaned our room every day. The air-conditioning worked quite well to beat the heat of Krabi. The location is very central and you can get directly to the main beach, it is also very close to several restaurants and cafes. As for the staff, they were all very friendly and helped us with every question we had. From the owner, a very kind and warm person, to her husband and the entire staff. The owner guided us in terms of tours and mini bus to transport us to our new destination. He offered us the best alternatives. I give it an excellent rating since our stay felt like being with family We would definitely stay there again 🫰👏

We had a great stay at Sea Valley Resort, the hotel is in the nicer part of AoNang (in our opinion) with everything within easy walking distance. Rooms are large with great beds and a balcony, pool was a great addition to cool down in. What really makes this hotel are the staff, they are so warm, welcoming and friendly. We would see them every morning for our run and they would ask how far and give us routes to try, first Class service. Don’t hesitate to stay here

Very minor points of occasional noise from other guests but didn’t keep us up. They don’t have a water filter at the hotel but there is a street filter literally a minute up the road so we were able to re-fill our bottles very cheaply and much better than buying at the 7-11.
