This was one of our BEST stays in Thailand. We have stayed in 10 different places during our trip and this one was one of the cheapest but also one of the best quality. We had a family room with a big king bed and two single beds pushed together. The room was huge! Large fridge and big modern bathroom with a really good shower. There was just so much space in the room! Our room was cleaned every day with beds made, floors mopped and towels replaced. No problems with the wifi, beds were a little firm but not too bad, AC in the room was excellent. The pool was always very clean and clear and was a fun and interesting shape with some cool water jet seats inside the pool. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area but only a five minute walk to the main road of Ao Nang with tons of restaurants, street food etc. The lady who manages the hotel is absolutely fantastic. Fortunately for us she spoke excellent English so communication was easy. She was so welcoming and kind to our family. She organised our departure taxi for an excellent price, some rental scooters, printed off some documents for me free of charge, gave lots of great advice and even offered us her own motorbike to use when needed. We felt so comfortable here and could easily have stayed longer. Such fantastic value for money for a hotel that is well maintained and managed when so many out there have struggled since covid. We would absolutely reccommend staying here and would come back again for sure.

The view from the room is amazing and room is also very spacious. The staff is very helpful and kind. Big thanks to the lady from reception who helped us with bolt driver. The swimming pool is clean the area is quiet. If you want a bit of peace from all the noise I strongly recommend this accomodation. The room has a fridge and wifi connection is good even for video calls.

The location is good if you have a scooter or if you don't mind walking approximately 30 minutes to the beach.

The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is in a very quiet location so we slept very well. The walk in shower was nice and big. Plus nice big balcony with a view of the mountains. WiFi in the room was very fast. Hotel staff were excellent, our room was cleaned very well and made up even when on a couple of occasions we left the room very late (after 1pm). Hiring a scooter was arranged quickly, reliably, and value for money, plus arranging a taxi to the airport. The lady at reception was always very helpful with any of our requests.

Often the shower water temperature would swing between hot and cold on it's own and could be difficult to control. We were on the 2nd floor, so not sure if that had anything to do with it. However this wouldn't prevent me from staying here again since the cold water temperature in Thailand is actually pleasantly cool.

Alright so firstly this is not a 5 star hotel, BUT they deserve a 10/10 review because of the hospitality and effort their staff went to, to make sure we had everything we needed for a good day when we went out daily. A few places rate this as a 2/5 star hotel - thats wrong - its more like a 3.5 star. Pool was beautiful, room was beautiful. Definetly one of the best hotels weve stayed in, in the affordable range :)

The downfall is water pressure. There isnt much pressure in the shower, but it still works hot & cold so its a shower none the less :)

I like the pool not deep my kids really enjoyed it. Staffs are very friendly especially Hanna the receptionist. She is small but strong. The cleaning lady also small but strong. They carry our heavy luggages to 3rd floor. OMG. I know the cleaning lady was doing ramadhan fasting. Location about 300 m from main road. We rent scooter Hanna helped us to book it. Scooter is very useful in Krabi because tuktuk and taxi are expensive. There is microwave near lobby but need a deep cleaning. Room is very quiet my sleep were good. Unfortunately I don't have the pic of the room and pool. But room is huge. Toilet also. And clean. No cockroach i love it. Every morning there was a cow behind my kids love it.

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet area within walking distance to mini mart, restaurants, and massage and one mile walking or tuk tuk to beach area. Really enjoyed being able to retreat to a quiet neighborhood of Ao Nang. Balcony overlooked the pool with palms and a majestic mountain backdrop. Drinks available for purchase in the lobby, mini fridge, and two free bottled waters a day. Very clean pool with in water bench and kiddy pool, chairs, loungers, and umbrella.

Hot water took a bit to figure out how to balance.

I loved being in this hotel! The view from my room was stunning!!! The room is big, simple and very clean. Ms. Hannah, the receptionist, is amazing! Prior to my arrival she replied immediately to every message. During my stay she was so kind, nice and helpful. The other staff were so kind and nice too. I loved the very quiet location and the presence of restaurants and supermarket in a walking distance.

1. The lobby is gloomy and rather neglected. 2. It is rather a challenge to find the right balance between hot and cold water in the shower. But these were not big issues for me because the rest of the experience was great.

I had an amazing 4-night stay at this hotel! The place is incredibly calm and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, super convenient with a scooter as everything is just a few minutes away. But the true highlight of my stay was Hana at the reception. She’s so kind, welcoming, patient, and always ready to help, as if she’s known you for years. Her warm personality made my trip even more special. I 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here for my future stays in Krabi!

This is a great place to stay. It's clean and very quiet, only a 5 walk to the main road. The customer service is the best. If you need anything, the young woman at the desk is there to help in any way possible. She is super friendly, very sweet and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the service I received. They can arrange a scooter if you want one. Same price as in town except it's delivered to the hotel and picked up. So there is no need to have to return it yourself. Over all great value for the money.
