We loved the overall concept of Infinity Aonang Krabi. The hotel is clean, and the rooms, especially the studio with a pool, offer excellent value for money. The breakfast is basic, as many have mentioned, but if you enjoy omelets and veggies, you’ll be satisfied. The daily happy hour from 17:00-19:00 with 1+1 cocktails is a nice touch. It’s important to note that you need to press the “clean my room” button by the door to get housekeeping service—otherwise, the room won’t be cleaned. The mango sticky rice on their menu is delicious, and the shuttle service is efficient, offering a peaceful escape from the busy center.

However, our experience with the laundry service was disappointing. While the pricing is very reasonable (100 Baht per kg, including ironing), many clothes were returned with stains still on them, suggesting they were merely rinsed and ironed rather than properly washed. When we raised this issue upon departure, the response was a partial discount and an explanation that the stains were present when the laundry was received—which is exactly why we needed the service in the first place. In the hot weather, kids and adults go through a lot of T-shirts, and we expected much better results. It wasn’t a matter of money but rather a matter of principle that we shouldn’t be charged for such poor service. Overall, Infinity Aonang Krabi offers a good experience with a few areas for improvement.

Staff were all amazing, hotel put on dinners and shows for Xmas and New Year, all the staff were involved and it was a lovely evening. The pools were lovely, breakfast was great and shuttle bus was perfect.

Being a lone traveller the walk from the hotel to the high St only at night was a little dark and scarey, The pool areas and hotel in general was cleaned daily, the floors and stairs in my accommodation block were grubby and needed a deep clean and a few touch ups. Otherwise room, food, staff, facilities all perfect.

The staff working there were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. The service was outstanding. Again i want to point out how good of a job they have done while we were here! The Hotel is very clean and modern.

The only thing that comes to mind might be the distance to the main street and the beach. However this is also a positive. The air here was way fresher and better than anywhere close to the main road. Frequent and flexible shuttle services by the hotel, that were totally free, made things a lot easier and accessible. The driver was really nice and always made sure everyone was getting to where they want to go.

We are return guests and have stayed before. We do like the hotel, this time we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Room was fresh, clean and comfortable (although does lack any seating areas inside, has one by the private pool outside) Front office staff were wonderful and helped.once again with our deliveries from Lazada. Enjoyed the quality and variety at breakfast service. Housekeeping could be better - did not refill condiments on a couple of mornings and had to ask. Private pool was cold and could have been warmer.. but overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again in future

Everything was perfect, the room was extremely comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed any support, the facilities were great. We spent most of our days relaxing by the pool and it was one of the best holidays we’ve had. Really appreciated the shuttle bus to the beach service, made it really convenient to get around. Breakfast was delicious, although the Western food selection was quite repetitive, but was fine for us. It was really quiet at night and even with multiple families with kids staying at the same time as us we had a lovely romantic couple holiday here. Would love to come to Infinity again in the future!

The hotel is a bit far from the city and the beach - they have an hourly shuttle service which is great but if you’re trying to go out in the evening it can be a bit of a hassle. We would recommend booking the shuttle service in the evening as it is often cheaper than local cabs and more comfortable. On the bright side though it means it is quiet at night and far from the loud parties.

FIRST OF ALL - I was sceptical about other comments about paying for dirty towels etc. and wasnt sure if we want to book it but private pool made us book it and WE DO NOT REGRET! Nothing like that happened to us. Cleaning service was great, the place was clean. Breakfast was decent, some food was same everyday some was changing everyday - can't complain. Private pool is a nice touch. There was not much sun going in so the water was quite cold but after a day outside in the sun it was a very much needed place to cool down. All the essentials in a bathroom replacing everyday if needed as well as 2 bottles of water. There is shuttle to the beach if needed, didn't use it much but was handy when we did. Overall I would recommend this room. The location is good, the staff is good and its worth the price.

Shsss this is a secret, I’m only going to tell you guys this place is amazing. A hotel that’s only a couple of years old. it’s a 5 star experience at a 4 star price. The place is very clean, the rooms are excellent and the food is exceptional, with a breakfast choice for everyone. The best thing about this place is the amazing staff, that are very friendly and welcoming. You really do get the 5 star treatment here. There is a pool bar and a roof top bar that serves drinks for most of the day and a happy hour from 4pm. This place is a great place to recharge your batteries.

For a modern hotel the air conditioning was a little noisy at nighttime but this really is being picky

Fantastic location. Excellent Hotel, far exceeded our expectations. Its a little away from the beach (but the hotel provides regular free shuttle service to the beach and back). The area is quite, away from the hustle bustle of the street noise. And quite safe to walk around even with kids and family. My kids were absolutely blown away by the property. I think the pictures that you see on Booking.com does not do justice as to how good the place is. Its worth every penny. The rooms are just ultra spacious We were a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. Both the rooms were very spacious. The staff was really courteous and the reception was well managed at all times. The shuttle ride from the hotel to the beach is also very well managed. Just that you need to inform the reception couple of hours before, so that they can slot you in on the next departure time. The swimming pool is also fantastic, quite big so it does not get crowded. The water is also quite clean. Overall a BIG 5 for the property and the overall experience.
