It was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach but far enough away from the noise in the main strip. Provided free coffee and water at reception . Happy to store out luggage after checkout as we were away on a trip .

Nothing but I’d suggest also providing tea bags as not everyone like coffee

The staff is friendly. One of them can speak Malay. we drove there so they have parking for us. The location is great, halal restaurant is just a few minutes from the hotel. so it is easy to find halal food. room is good. We booked extra bed since there are 3 of us. The extra bed is comfortable.

The aircond is not cooling. the aircond is presetted to Dry mode. we waited for 30 minutes for the room to cool down, only to realize it is not in Cool mode. when we changed to cool mode, it is better although the temp 16'c doesnt feel 16. lol. Another minus point is there is no elevator. Our room was on 4th floor. with our heavy luggage, we struggled a bit to carry them to floor 4.

The hotel interior was well-designed and newly renovated, with a clean and fresh-smelling room featuring comfortable amenities like a king-sized bed, efficient air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. The daily housekeeping was exceptional, including towel replacements, fresh mineral water, and even duvet changes. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. Thoughtful touches like an extra pillow on request, a complimentary light breakfast, and a water dispenser added convenience. Its location, just a 10-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach, was very convenient.

The lack of a lift made accessing the upper floors challenging, and only cash payments were accepted, which could be inconvenient. The hotel’s exterior could use some improvement, and during the day, the lobby was poorly lit to save electricity. Toiletries were not provided, so you’d need to bring your own

We found the location of this hotel perfect for us. Whilst you’re still on Ao Nang road, it’s slightly out of the busy area. It was about a 25 minute walk to the beach, and you would pass all the shops, bars and restaurants on your walk down. The staff were lovely, rooms well kept but if you wanted room service there is a sign to put on the door. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

The bed is very big and comfortable, and the pillows were really soft and nice. The room is quite big. They have free water and coffee in the lobby. 30 minutes walk to ao nang beach, the street is very quite and you can sleep peacefully Despite some problems, I enjoyed my 6 nights stay here, slept very well. There's 7/eleven around for 4 minutes walk

When i checked in, there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. I had to kill them all. Also, the bathroom window is half open. When I turned on lights at night to use it, around 20 flying bugs came into the bathroom, I had to kill them all too, after that I didn't use lights at night and no bugs showed up Also there's no hot water in the bathroom, when you're cold after rain, you still need to use cold water to shower

The staff were incredibly lovely. Always had a smile on their faces and always happy to help. A welcome greeting in the morning and after a long day. The bed was massive and comfortable. The location was pretty good - a bit of a walk from the beach but I walked most of the time otherwise taxis were cheap. "Chilling bar" two minutes walk away was a good local with friendly staff and clientele. A small walk to the main strip but plenty of places closeby to grab a coffee, etc.

I did have a few bugs in my room but I think to be expected. Staff helped me get rid. Bathroom was basic but fine for the money - the big bed made up for it.

Clean comfy room. We had room with no window but there was still a small outside area with glass door. Just no view other than a wall. We knew this before we booked so no issue. Basic but clean and just what we needed for one night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Also great pizza restaurant over the road to the left.

Shower is just there on the wall in the middle of the bathroom so everything would be soaked when used.

Zaza was so so helpful! The communication with her was perfect. My flight was delayed and I arrived after the check in time, but she found the way of dropping the keys so I could get them to still spend the night there. The bed is very comfy. Drinking Water (hot and cold) Tea and coffee are available for free. Hot shower.

- Access to rooms only through stairs (I don’t mind, but just a good thing to know). - There was a miscommunication with the receptionist in the mornings as her English is very basic, regarding the ferry to koh Lanta. If you need to book something or have some specific information talk to zaza straight away to avoid inconveniences.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean comfortable rooms we had a nice balcony with street view. Spacious room and bathroom, could shower without the toilet getting wet. Good working air con in the room and lots of good value restaurants around the hotel and close to a 7/11 and lotus, they also offer free water refill in the lobby, it was easy to hire a motorbike from reception for good value.

It’s a little far out of town but easily solved by renting a motorbike, it is walkable to the beach areas but would take 30+ minutes with lots to shop and eat on the way. It is easy to get taxi here too so not too much of a problem it is a nice quiet area to stay out of the crazy of the town No lift for anyone with mobility issues you could not stay here

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very courteous. There are local restaurants, a 711 and a lotus supermarket nearby within walking distance. Absolute value for the money.

There is no lift facility so if your room is in the 2nd to 4th floor, you'll have to carry your luggage up the stairs and no breakfast provided. The hotel is 1.5 kms away from ao nang beach. You could walk for 25 mins in the hot weather of Ao nang or you could take a tuk tuk for 100 baht. There are no windows in the rooms 201, 301 and so on.
