The staff was superb and they’re the highlight of my stay. The receptionist (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) helped me with tips, nice conversation, getting a taxi and change rooms when I requested it (btw the street front rooms can be a bit noisy due to the constant bikes traffic). The place is very clean and they leave bottles of water and new amenities everyday in front of your room. The building and rooms are very new unlike other hotels around the same region. It’s a spacey room and it was perfect to work remote.

- if you’re looking for something near the city center, that’s not it. It’s a 30-40 minutes walk until the city center. They do rent bikes if you ride them though. The area around is now pedestrian friendly, it’s a large highway with no zebra crossing - there’s no elevator (not an issue for me, but if you have too many luggage’s it might be) - internet was a bit sketchy but I did manage to work remotely from there (had to turn off my camera in a few meetings tho)

The guesthouse was excellent with very spacious rooms. The staff and managers were excellent, extremely supportive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily and free of insects. The ambiance was quiet and the entire hotel was managed very well. They provided free coffee and biscuits in the morning which were very appreciated.

The hotel was a 30min walk from the main beach which could be a little challenging for people with bigger families. But since it was just me and my spouse, we really enjoyed the daily exercise.

it was really good value for money personally. nice rooms there and the staff were quite helpful and friendly too. i quite enjoyed my stay. wifi is speedy. it has a decent view on the top floor. not breathtaking but its a good place to chill. would have liked to have more chairs there though. it a takes a fair distance to get to good shops and to aonang beach which is something to consider. however they have scooter rentals which is quite useful.

The location is wonderful, away from the tourist area, yet not very far from that area. The location is placed off one of the main roads, with a laundromat next door and multiple restaurants around. The restaurant on the right when facing the road had amazing crispy pork and sells out before 2pm. 7-11 is just a short walk and so is Lotus or Mackro. Wonderful hosts that run this place. They are friendly, warm and welcoming. There is a nice viewing area on top of the building where you can get a great view of the city. There is no lift/elevator.

One suggestion for improvement would be to add a hot kettle in the rooms. While the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies available in the eating area are a nice touch, having a kettle in the room would offer guests added convenience and flexibility.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room is very clean, spacious and has two large windows and gets plenty of day light. For the price, it's a very nice hotel. The walk to the beach (~30 min) is easy (almost flat and very safe even at night) and close to hotel there are several restaurants, a laundary and a 7/11.

The hotel is right on the main street and can get noisy. But it wasn't a big deal; I used to it quickly :)

Very good value. Comfortable bed. Well insulated with good AC. Clean. Nice staff. Cleaned daily. Free water everyday. We loved the location. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the beach but we loved the daily walk as it is down the main road in Ao Nang so it’s a lot of fun. We walked to the beach everyday during our 6 day stay and never got bored or tired of it. But, if you don’t like walking you can rent a motorbike from the hotel.

They have this small cafe where there's complimentary coffee and cookies for the hotel customers. There were 2 receptionists, both had a smile on the face. The lady was super sweet, she has this cute little baby too. The location is AWESOME. For us, who love to walk, we could walk that 1.7 km easily. There was a balcony, so we could dry our clothes.

Bathroom could be better. Our basin sink was clogged.

I’m having a wonderful stay here with my husband. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location is ideal for those who enjoy a calm and serene environment. It’s easy to rent a motorbike to visit Ao Nang Beach, as the hotel is not far from there. Overall, I’m really enjoying my time here! 🥰

The staff were lovely and willing to help us with anything. The rooms were very clean and the bed was the most comfortable we have had in Thailand for nearly two months ! There were both biscuits and bananas in the morning in a nice seating area which were very welcome. It was all just what we needed - thank you!

If you aren’t confident riding a scooter then the location is quite far from Ao Nang Beach, although it is walkable and there are lots of taxis. This wasn’t an issue for us as we were only staying one night.

Comfy place with great views of the mountains. Staff were very hospitable and helped us sort a bike, taxi and even let us shower before we got the taxi to leave after we already checked out. Good food options nearby and just outside of the busy parts of ao nang so more peaceful and less hectic.
