Nice location, clean rooms. Everything was really nice except one thing.

There a window in the bathroom that you can’t close, which is absolutely ok but the problem was that it doesn’t have a net so mosquitos would come inside the room. There’s absolutely no problem with the window being always open but it NEEDS a net. There’s absolutely mosquitos were terrible. We always tried to keep the bathroom door closed so the mosquitos at least won’t come inside the room and stay in the bathroom and we also went to sleep with mosquito spray all over us which was pretty uncomfortable, we didn’t feel clean but we didn’t want to get mosquito bites

Property very comfortable with good wifi. Staff leave amenities outside the door when you asked not to be disturbed which is great.

A good 20/25 minute walk to the beach/ better restaurants. Paying via cash is a little inconvenient. Staff not always around in reception but sure they are contactable via WhatsApp.

Very clean, comfortable, and well designed room with a great bathroom.

- It's a bit far from the beach. A little under 20 minutes walk. - Cash only, which is unusual for a modern hotel, especially when credit cards are widely accepted in the area. - The receptionist was friendly but not very helpful. When I asked him to recommend a motorbike rental store, he told me to just walk down the street until I saw one. On another occasion when I asked him where to hire a longtail boat to go to the islands, he told me to just walk down to the beach and ask someone. I could have figured that out.

Overall really great hotel. I got lucky and my room was towards the back of the building, so it was quiet. If yours faces the main street, it may be noisy. There’s no elevator, you might be on a higher floor. The rooms are nice, clean, and modern. The shower is amazing! Daily room service and free water. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable stay and good value.

Suggestion for improvement is a mosquito screen for the bathroom window. It was left open when I arrived and mosquitos came in my room and bit me. It was also pretty dirty behind and beside my nightstand

For us, great location, we are not party people and like it a bit more quiet in the night. Still close to restaurants and 7-eleven and other businesses. Water pressure good, clean, nice stuff, very helpful.

Only thing to improve for me personally is some better chairs, as I have a fat arse, I would not fit comfortable in any of the chairs on the balcony or in the room. While I had to do some daily hours on the computer for work. Wifi hang depending on load. Whoch wasnt a problem for me as I had a Thai unlimited data esim card, which covert all my internet use.

The hotel has good location if you are okay with walking 15-20mins to the main part. It is super clean - our room was cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator, there is construction work next to the hotel and they start working since 8 o’clock in the morning really hard 😀 Also our balcony door has big gap and it was getting really hot. But anyway we were getting early every day, so no problem for us.

This hotel was very clean, strong wifi connection, has cute cat too😊

The room and bathroom were both spacious and exceptionable clean. The bed was comfortable.

Actually nothing to complain. To get to the beach you had to walk for a while, which I don't mind and the road there had shops and restaurants and was partly lined with palm trees. You could always get a tuk-tuk for transport too.

Great hotel! The bed was very comfortable, and the standard room was perfect for a solo traveler. The bathrooms and shower were also great. Note though that there is no elevator so you will have to walk up stairs with your luggage. The location was great for me because it was just outside of the busy street and about a 20 min walk to the beach. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby and a 7/11 across the street.

So clean and comfortable, the room was very big and felt luxe! Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, around a 20min walk to the beach. On the main road in Ao Nang but a bit further up so less busy which was good.

It’s not far from the mosque which meant being woken up at around 5am by the call to prayer which we weren’t expecting. Slightly annoying but not a dealbreaker as the room was so amazing!
