We had such an amazing stay here! We had a cottage room by the pond and the staff had kindly accommodated our request for a cliffside view. Despite a bit of construction going on (which we were pre-warned about) it was still such a peaceful oasis, just a short tuktuk away from busy Ao Nang. The staff were amazing - always available to help, drive us in buggies to reception when it rained and ready and waiting to help coordinate pickup for the tours we'd arranged. Breakfast was also delicious (I could have lived on those pineapple pancakes!) with plenty of choice. We also ordered room service several times because it was the tastiest home cooked food that was even better than where we tried in town! Safe to say we were sad to leave but eager to book here again! Thank you to all the Ban Sainai staff who made our stay so special

The hotel is lovely, clean and well maintained with amazing and very well kept gardens. The pool was amazing. The location of the hotel is awesome under a huge limestone cliff!! All the staff, from the reception to the gardeners, are excellent, very helpful and always with a sweet smile!!! Especially one of the three girls working at the reception (Fareeda) is a great professional and adorable person!!! She helped us (me and my husband) with all the issues that may were intended during the 47 days we stayed at the hotel...and it was not a few!! Fareeda thank you so much for everything!!!

If I have to say something, it would be that the towels in the rooms need to be changed urgently!!

Location and property were perfect for us! Ao Nang is quite busy and this was away from the noise and loads of people. The beds were so comfortable, the amenities supported our stay (slippers, pool bag, sarongs), and the pool and grounds were amazing! The staff were all helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful stay for us.

I didn’t realize that it was a dry property and that no alcohol was on site. At first, I was not sure but given the craziness in the broader area - it worked out.

We had an exceptionally pleasant stay, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we were well cared for. The rooms are spacious, featuring mosquito nets and efficient air-conditioning, with large bathrooms that include both a roomy shower and a jacuzzi bath. Housekeeping is excellent, keeping everything spotless and well-stocked. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool, and the staff even took the initiative to inflate the kids’ floaties, which was a thoughtful touch. The property offers beautiful views, with lush greenery and dramatic mountains as the backdrop. The location is also ideal, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and a 7-Eleven. During the low season, the value for money is outstanding.

We would have enjoyed the frequency of the taxi service especially later in the morning. it would have saved us some hot and sweaty walks to and from the beach. While the ongoing construction is a positive sign that the resort is being well-maintained, it did occasionally detract from the overall experience during our stay. The prices of food and drinks at the resort are unnecessarily high, often three to four times more expensive than what local restaurants and vendors offer nearby.

We had an excellent stay! The location was amazing: the pool offers a breathtaking view that makes every swim feel special. The beach was a 20 to 30 minute walk, but the hotel offers a shuttle-service. The entire property was spotless and well taken care of. The staff members were so friendly, helpful and fun to talk to, which really made our stay special. Breakfast was delicious and we have a new favorite sweet: the roti with chocolate sauce! The à la carte meals were tasty and reasonably priced. Krabi is one of our new favorite destinations and we will we return if we are ever back in the region.

Wow! This property is something special. From the moment you arrive you feel so taken care of. You are met with the kindest reception staff and a welcome drink while they sort your booking. They have staff with golf carts to transport you and your bags to your private cabin. The rooms are gorgeous, amazing bathrooms and private outdoor spaces that make you feel like you’re completely alone. The breakfast staff is so sweet, starting every morning off with an amazing breakfast, both buffet and made to order dishes. There is also a very active monitor lizards who lives beneath the breakfast restaurant and does a few tricks to get fruit from the staff. He was the highlight of my mornings. We used the hotels shuttle service multiple times, very comfortable and fun ride to the beach. Room service was great. Poolside staff was also amazing. gym was small but had everything you needed.

Everything was in attention to detail. Ban Sainai totally relaxed us. It was luxurious waking up to a pond every morning. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast is delicious too and so many little things are taken care of. The staff is all so warm and friendly. And everyone is always smiling. The rooms and premises are very clean and premium. Would suggest everyone looking for a totally relaxing luxurious vacation to enjoy Krabi to book this hotel. You won't be disappointed. It's literally in the laptop of nature and paradise. They have an hourly complimentary shuttle service to the main AoNang Market which is convenient. They have golf cart to the room too. They gave me a small suprise on my birthday too and made it so memorable. Thank you Ban Sainai for making our Krabi visit so memorable.

Stunning cottages tucked away in lush gardens. The interior design will take your breath away, especially the bathrooms. Extremely clean with every mod con you can imagine. The swimming pool is dwarfed by the mountains and the gardens are straight out of a story book. Breakfast is served by the large pond, where you can see monitor lizards, and includes lots of local produce and everything is clearly made from scratch to your order. We also had dinner here and the food was equally good. The staff are nothing short of wonderful, making us feel welcome despite arriving at 11pm. They organised trips for us and we would highly recommend the kayaking on the lake. The nearest town and beach is 10 mins walk or tuk tuk organised by the hotel and there are lots of cafes, massage parlours and nail bars which, although the antithesis of the serenity of the hotel, adds to the magic. Be aware that the hotel is dry but you can easily buy alcohol locally and bring it back. My teenage daughter and I would give this place an 11/10 if we could. Highly, highly recommended.

Lovely rooms and surroundings. Travelled end July which was fairly quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Small moan, the food and drink relatively quite expensive.

We really enjoye our stay here. The staff are all super nice and helpful. The Sainai Forest room is pretty spacy for two. It's comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast is tasty and full of variety. There are also some great restaurants in walkable distance. The shuttle to the beach is on time convenient; we can catch one almost every hour. Definitely gonna come back here if we have the opportunity.

There's nothing we don't like about the resort. Only one tiny suggestion: It would be great if the shuttle could have a stop at the night market.
