Super clean and cozy hotel. Super quiet even being close to the main avenue. The views from the hotel, roof top swimming pool was just stunning. Had an amazing time there and would definitely go back.

Had some grump employee in the breakfast who told me off for mistakenly put the picking tongs over a clean dish, he got really unnecessarily upset about it, I dont blame him, I was wrong and not everyone is in a good mood everyday. Other than that everything was fine. Maybe the high slope to access the hotel was a bit too steep, specially if you are not fit and planning to walk your way around there, but completely manageable.

The staff was nice and welcoming The room is so nice. We like that at this accommodation the shower was separate from the toilet, and it was interesting. The bad was very comfortable; Clean room and bathroom; toiletries on the bathroom. We had fridge and air conditioning in the room; It was very nice that we had dedicated towels and flip flops for the pool; The location was very nice and close to a lot of shops, restaurants and to the city center; We had a room with direct entrance in the pool and it was an amazing option;

The breakfast can be improved with more fresh vegetables and some dairy and not dairy products. Indeed, how other comments were mentioning, a hotel is in construction in the vicinity. Somehow the new hotel will be covering a part of the beautiful mountains view from the balconies

Got a room with pool access, very nice, but misses sunbed on that private access spot, only chairs. Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel offers transfer to a very nice private beach club with free sunbeds. Strange, that rare visitor uses this option. Pool is great with great view. Also 300 baht per person buffet dinner option is amazing - good quality food, not too thai, mains, dessert, fruits, coffee - you will not get the same value offer anywhere - even in cheapest eateries around.

Rooms with private pool access should have at least one sunbed, instead of chair.

Its located on the main street leading to the Ao Nang beach - bustling market area and restaurants so easily accessible. We took the pool-access rooms and had a relaxing evening in the pool. Though it can get a bit noisy and busy if lot of guests are in the pool while you are in the room catching up on some sleep! The breakfast is a good spread and helps before a long day of outing. However, the rooms are a bit old and the washrooms need an upgrade.

Super Thai accommodation at a decent price when booking discount applied. I don’t think it would have been worth hundreds otherwise. The view from the room is spectacular. The sheets comfortable. Nice big shower but poor ventilation. Friendly staff!

Gym is extremely poor, needs equipment. Only a lat pull down bar and press for weights but I mean OLD, rusted. Literally half a treadmill too, like sawed off…weird.

Wonderful location for the price. Big rooms and the breakfast was better than we expected.

The shower drain was extremely slow and the shower head could use a deep clean. The main pool was hazy and smelled strong of chlorine but the other 3 pools were great. Definitely recommend the pool up the stairs to the right of the pool bar (shaded, clear and quiet).

First things I like is that my room the TV can't watch Netflix but the staff helped each other to fix it by bringing a new TV that can watch Netflix and change for us. The staff here is very good. There is a drink welcome drink The interior of the room is clean and smells very fragrant The view is very beautiful The location is very nice!!!

I don’t like just when I have to go up to the hotel little bit tired but yea that’s it if you want to see beautiful view good hotel Have to be patient 😂😂

Lovely and big room by the pool, would highly recommend getting the swim up room. Breakfast was average.

There is a construction site next door, they are building a hotel there. This could have been mentioned somewhere clearly. There was noise coming every day during sun light. The staff seemed a bit tired. Location was okay with good local restaurants but quite a walk to the beach.

Excellent location, set away from the main street. The breakfast was excellent and the room comfortable.

There was construction work taking place in between the room and the coast. Although we didn't hear any of the work, it did spoil the sea view having a crane in there.
