The pool area is amazing! It is a quite hotel with great location. Everything is very clean!

The beds are super hard and the hotel has problems with the flushing of the toilets. The bed linnen is also made of some kind of synthetic material which makes you uncomfortable warm when you sleep.

Very clean and quiet place, surprisingly because along the main (noisy and crowded) main street! I stayed in a dorm room, very good value for money. The swimming pool area is pleasant, with many deck chairs and parasols. Close to a 7 eleven, very convenient point, and also from many street food night vendors, massage salons... 10mn walk or less to the beach.

The toilets were clogged. The staff came many times with a suction pad, it helped for 1 time then were clogged again... Same for the toilets at the reception, so I had to go to the toilets near the swimming pool... However, not sure about who should be blamed, the hotel or clients who put paper in the toilets whereas it is supposed to go to the bin... Anyway, this is still an annoying issue

I stayed one night in the king room and one night in the female dorm. Both rooms were very clean, had good wifi, warm showers, very quiet, and I enjoyed the pool area (I did not go inside the pool). Additionally, the private room was very spacious! The staff was also very friendly and this was a perfect location around a 15 minute walk from the beach and super close to the Ao Nang Muslim Street night market! There was an incident when I was showering in the dorm bathroom and a bunch of water started leaking out of one of the pipes below the sink and flooding the bathroom floor; but the staff was able to resolve the issue right away and let me finish showering in an empty family room. There is also an extra bathroom in the lobby area in case the dorm bathroom is occupied

Very hard beds, it felt like I was sleeping on concrete. Additionally, the stairs didn’t have railings, which can make things more difficult for someone with mobility issues

The hotel location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach on a main road full of shops and restaurants. The rooms could be improved by doing some maintenance perhaps but were overall clean. We were first checked in a room on the first floor facing the pool which had a patch of damp on the bathroom ceiling and was not very clean but the night receptionist was able to move us to another room on the top floor which was very good. The hotel is very quiet even though the hotel is on the main road. The small pool is enough to relax and cool down in. The staff are ready to help with any request you might have. The rooms can be cleaned daily by request so you can have fresh clean towels everyday, also the communal areas are kept very clean. The air conditioning is very good and welcome!

The downside is that they don’t have a lift so if you have a heavy luggage you will need to carry it upstairs or get someone to help you with the luggage during check in as there are many stairs even to rooms on lower floors. The night receptionist was very kind to help with the luggage when we checked out but the day receptionist wouldn’t do it during check in. Another thing is that there is a lack of storage to put your clothes in case you are staying longer as there is only a clothes rail.

Good location, no street noise. Maybe options for breakfast around the hotel, hotel has also option for breakfast. Clean room, good airco, nice balcony with chairs to sit outside. Clean swimming (small) pool. Excellent shower. Safety box for 14 inch (maybe 15 inch) laptop in room. Watercooker and good free wifi. I would probably come some other time again.

One thing that is important for less mobile persons: this hotel has 4 floors and there is no lift/elevator. Also there is a very nice desk lady, but no bellboy staff to carry up your luggage. A very recommended place , but this lack of facilities can be important for some persons.

It's modern and beautiful. The swimming pool area is nice for chilling and sunbathing. Beds in the dorms are very comfortable and curtains provide a high level of privacy. Clean-ish toilets ;)

You need a card to enter the dorm and for your bed light and charging point to work, which means you can't have your electronics charging and leave the room. Also on the upper bed it's such a pain to constantly need to climb up and grab the card from the socket. Pool could be cleaned more often as there were lots of dead bugs and mould :( No social atmosphere

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stylish design of this hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful interior details that added to the charm. Despite being located on the main street, it was very quiet, and we couldn’t hear any noise from the road. The swimming pool and breakfast were great. We highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and style. However, please note that there is no lift, so it may not be suitable for older guests or those with mobility issues.

The building has a unique layout and it overlooks the city. The room has a beautiful white and blue decor and details; the bed is comfortable ; nice details in the bathroom - especially the sink. Clean and tidy. Helpful staff

The shower has no walls/curtains so the bathroom gets flooded. No elevator , making it difficult to climb 4 levels of stairs with suitcases, however the staff was promptly and kindly assisting. The AC unit faces directly the bed and it is a bit noisy and the light bright

Good location & price. Rooms were clean and nicely equipped & decorated. Nice view of the cliffs from my balcony.

The beds and pillows were way too hard. I extended my stay in Ao Nang but moved to another hotel because my back & neck were sore from the bed. The flooring was also lifting & I kicked my foot on it, so I lay my exercise mat over it to stop me hurting my feet. This place would be 10/10 otherwise.

1-great room! probably new hotel. 2- room was very quiet 3- the bed linens are silky soft! 4- Evening staff receptionist super friendly!!!

1-No elevator but fresh air helped to climb the stairs :-) 2-I forgot items in the safety box, the receptionist kindly informed me by email and was kind enough to put everythg in an enveloppe and delivered to the airport by a taxi, that was great!!! thks!!! however, the enveloppe was not well sealed and partially opened...
